Should always be your first call
If I want to buy a TV or anything hi fi I will always come to Richer Sounds. On this occasion I was buying a Ruark radio. Always a friendly visit, item not in the shop but ordered from stock and arrived for collection next day. Also got good advice about some Sonos speakers I was interested in. Thanks

Reliable, responsive and good choice
Jay explained my options for a replacement hi-Fi system and arranged a demo so I could listen before I bought. The equipment is good quality, brands I know and it was delivered the next day.

Great service and sound advice.
I purchase all of our music tech at Richer Sounds who never cease to offer great advice. They are always honest and help to steer me in the right direction to get the best option for the best price. Their 6 year guarantee also provides peace of mind when buying electronic equipment which could be expensive to fix further down the line if it fails. I always recommend this business to friends and family for their AV purchases.

Went in to get some decent RCA leads, for which they couldn’t find the one I wanted, but then I spotted it on display and they were happy to sell that one to me. Nice and flexible.

Great service!
Great service from Nik at the Brighton store! During their shop refit he was still able to fit in a couple of demos out back, and did his best to help me come to the right decision, at the best possible price, when buying a new streaming amp. The Maranntz PM7000N is great, by the way!

Helpful efficient service - buying a FreeSat recorder
My first contact was via phone with my fairly long list of questions about the latest FreeSat recorder boxes patiently answered - and this was on a Sunday afternoon. They were very helpful and having decided to go ahead and buy one, they sent me a link to pay online and I was able to drive to their shop in Brighton to collect it. Being able to buy and collect on a Sunday was a bonus as I was able to park behind the shop, in one of the 'pay at meter' parking spaces.

Highly recommend.
Came into the store with a query about record players for DJing, and was given clear advice by staff. Suggestions were made as to what I should look for and was sold items at great value and with a small discount. Fantastic service. Delivery service offered but the store were extremely accommodating for collection the next day.
