Richer Sounds - Bromley Avis 

Very friendly and approachable staff, extremely attentive to what I needed. I was going to order online but last minute decided to go old school and actually visit the store, and I am very glad I did!
I highly recommend coming here for anything hi-fi related.

I was looking to buy a complete hi-fi system and had done my homework before making a decision. Rather than shop around online for the cheapest deal, I decided to buy from a physical store, where I could deal with real people rather than make a faceless online transaction.

From my very first interaction with Tommy and the team at Richer Sounds Bromley, the service was first class. Communication was excellent, and my order was processed quickly and efficiently.

When I encountered an issue setting up the system, one phone call was all it took to get it resolved. The team’s technical knowledge and willingness to help were immediately apparent.

A few months later, I discovered a problem with the turntable, which caused new records to skip, despite playing perfectly well on another turntable I owned. I took it back to the store, where the team replicated the issue. Tommy contacted the manufacturer, who unfortunately wasn’t forthcoming with a solution. Rather than leave me waiting weeks for a response, Tommy arranged a replacement turntable within a week. No fuss, no quibbles, just outstanding customer service.

I genuinely don’t believe this would have been resolved so quickly or seamlessly had I bought the equipment online. The experience has reinforced my belief in the value of personal service, expert advice and dealing with people who genuinely care about their customers, rather than simply chasing the cheapest price.

I cannot praise Tommy and the team at Richer Sounds Bromley highly enough. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I will be returning to them for future electronics purchases without hesitation.

The service I received was terrific from start to finish. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the three occasions I visited the Bromley branch. Delivery service was also terrific. Items arrived well packaged and in allocated time slot. Will definitely be using them again.

I went in store to browse for a pair of speakers, Tom was very helpful in helping me to decide on a what would be best for my budget. I came back a couple days later to buy the speakers and they arrived next day even just on the free delivery.

I remember for years that Richer Sounds were always competitively priced & had good products, but like the fact that founder Julian Richer gave recently half the company to his employees, similar to the John Lewis & Waitrose model. This encourages staff to perform better as they stand to receive a year end bonus if the company does well. A fortnight ago I popped in to the Bromley branch & ordered a brand new Sony 50" RGB 4K TV which had recently reduced in price by £200. Tom took my order & emailed me when it arrived. I drove up to Bromley north, parking in the closest car park. Because I had not appreciated the size & weight of the packaged TV, store manager Matt left his post to help me to carry the TV to my car. I opened the cars tail gate, folded the rear seat forward & Matt pushed the card board box into the car. Fortunately it just fitted inside. This journey was about 5 minutes which ment that Matt's total time away from the store was 10 minutes. This extra effort is probably more than most staff would do, so well done to Matt & also Tom who took the initial order.

Tommy and Jerome were fantastic and very helpful with all my questions about the products I was buying. Fantastic guys. I will be back soon.

First class service and expert help from Matt . Went well beyond the norm . Also very patient and explained all the advantages and disadvantages of certain Tv’s that I needed fir an elderly, vulnerable relative. Speed was next day.
