The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful even though busy. I felt like they cared about what my needs were and how they could help. I will use richer sounds Cheltenham again - and I live in the north of Scotland!

Best place for friendly, informative staff.
Jason was very helpful, he sourced the turntable I wanted from another store so I didn’t have to wait for stock to arrive. All in all a very good experience. It’s my go to place for hifi.
