Richer Sounds - Croydon Avis 

Very informative, no nonsense service.
Everything went as planned.

I have always received excellent service from Richer Sound and great prices so i was keen to buy my new TV and soundbar from them. Called the local store number via the internet and placed my order. TV and soundbar delivered free of charge in two days. Price was very competitive. Highly recommend this company.

Well, it's NEVER GOOD to replace a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Px8 (they somehow fell out of car [no, I wasn't driving]. Clearly, replacing them was impossible for me - something cheaper had to suffice! I bought a pair of N9 by AKG. They're okay, but not as good as the Px8's. Beggars can't be choosers, they say..........
but RICHER SOUNDS are A one in my book!

We started looking for a new TV in the Bromley branch. Good service from Paul but the branch just isn’t big enough to demonstrate our particular interest in the quality of sound. Went to Croydon branch and was served by their manager, Richard. Very knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions and to show us different sound quality of various models.

Answered telephone enquiry promptly.
Good price for item I wanted.
Ready for collection next day as required.

Good products at reasonable prices.....there was quite a delay on the delivery, but not the fault of Richer Sounds....purely a manufacturer supply issue.
I was in no hurry, so it didn't affect me.
Always find the staff if I call the shop or go in (Croydon mostly) to be helpful and pleasant.

We visited the Croydon branch to listen to some speakers that Paul had kindly brought in for us to hear. Not only were we given time to play different tracks which Paul streamed for us but we could also discuss our impressions without pressure or sales-talk. We commend the branch and their staff for their personalized service.

Only one note, I spoke to someone on the phone before the shop opened and asked if they had a pair of headphones I was after in stock anywhere. They said they had a display model on the shop floor at the Croydon store. They didn’t have the pair I was after in (I should have phoned ahead to double check). Ended up leaving with a different set which I love and use constantly, so I’m actually very happy I didn’t phone ahead or I probably wouldn’t have come in. Not complaining at all, but maybe double check the stock you’ve got listed on your internal system because I’m sure there are some Karen’s out there who would have kicked off!

As always Richer Sounds continue to impress me with their knowledge, friendly staff and quality products. Big up!

Was slightly disappointed I had to pay for delivery, as website says orders over £50 are delivered free.

Excellent sales service from Croydon store and subsequent enquiry when trying to set up tv was dealt with immediately and an online explanatory video confirmed Paul’s telephone advice.
