Richer Sounds - Eton Avis 

My wife suggested your company to me, having previously purchased a high quality speaker from the Guildford branch. I was impressed by the online introduction to staff members, which gave me confidence when visiting the Eton branch. We were greeted by storer manager, Kurt, whom we could immediately feel at ease with, and having explained our requisites, were shown an array of options and recommendations. We were not in the least hurried to make any decisions, and having discussed it over a coffee, we returned to the store and made our TV and soundbar purchase, which we took delivery of a week later. Today I will coordinate with the store to arrange the items to be fitted "professionally", rather than myself do an unconvincing job! No hesitation on recommending Richer Sounds!

It's a funny old way of ordering, I saw a bundle of hifi equipment I wanted on the website, I couldn't buy online so had to phone the sales number. I ended up talking to a guy in the Eton shop! how does that work?? Anyhow, he was very helpful and sorted out my order. Can't pay over the phone, had to send me a link to pay and then phone me back to confirm. All a little bit long winded in this day and age. Even with that, I had brilliant customer service as a returning customer.

We cannot fault the team in Eton.

As I’m getting older I’m not comfortable using the internet, so I phoned and spoke to Zac on telly Sales who put my mind at rest and made it all easy for me . The tv came as promised and at a reasonable time

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I had arrived at the Eaton branch with a pretty good idea of which turntable I wanted to purchase. After discussing my feature requirements, and dsicussing potentially suitable alternatives, Duncan confirmed that I had indeed chosen the most suitable turntable fitting my requirements and budget. Despite having to be ordered in, the product I purchased was available for me to collect the following morning. I am really happy that I chose Richer Sounds for this purchase, and the 6 year warranty at no additional cost is a refreshing change to the practices of other retailers.

What a joy to deal with people like Duncan - nothing was too much - friendly, knowledgable and willing to help but without applying any sales pressure. His manager Kurt was equally helpful.

Big thank you to James at the Eton and Windsor branch. Went in for a speaker demo and my initial choice was obviously wrong and he helped me through the problem. Seemless purchase and ended up with the speakers I needed and far nicer. Joined the VIP club and got all the benefits from that. Will definitely return for my next purchase.

The member of staff took the time to discuss my requirements. I settled on the low end option because it fitted the space available.
Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the product, the branch were able to download the new software and now it works perfectly.
