Wonderful experience
I dealt with Kurt, the store manager, who gave me a great deal on a LG OLED TV. Delivery and installation all done within one week of ordering- very happy customer. This is the second large TV I have bought from Richer Sounds and, quite frankly, they knock the competition out of the park.

I am fairly certain I was 'that' annoying customer. You know, the one that orders a TV and a Manhattan Aero one day, then phones back the next and cancels the TV.

Great local store
Great customer service from both of the staff members , asked which item i required agreed with my choice of the Denon av receiver . The 6 year warranty is brilliant and delivery was arranged. The only problem was it was delivered a day earlier and just left on the door step unsigned for .

I did a lot of research before I decided which items to buy and it was easier to see them all in one place. Ordering was easy and delivered to the shop the next day. The guys in the shop were very friendly and carried my items to the car for me.

Great service always
Great service always, and it's great to know when you realise you are talking to experienced technicians. I have always liked to walk in to collect rather than get it delivered, as it gives me a chance to know more about my item.
