Knowledgeable staff knew exactly what I wanted

After being so disappointed with the service at certain big stores, I vowed I would always use a smaller retailer. I am never disappointed with Richer Sounds. The range of goods is superb and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this company consistently provides not only excellent service but expert advice. Needed to return the wrong bracket I’d bought and opened, the shop wasn’t fully open yet but they let me in anyway, said it wasn’t an issue I’d opened the product and then explained exactly what I needed, how to put it up and asked me to call later if I had any questions. Dylan in Guildford, you are a credit to the business, this is service done right and a reason to still visit stores. Why can’t all business provide this level of customer service and expertise? Went to the Guildford store and had a good chat with Roland about projectors. Went away and came to a decision so called him back and he arranged a swift delivery of our chosen one. Fabulous service! Can’t recommend Richer Sounds highly enough.

Great service. Booked a demo of a Marantz M-CR612 with a couple of speaker options; so good! - service, friendly and knowledgable sales staff, great product offerings. Yes, I could have bought it all on line for the same price, but 1. I would have bought the wrong speakers, and 2. this way you get to support a long standing British business set up and still run by an entrepreneur.

I needed to replace and upgrade my hifi system. It took just one phone call to arrange a demonstration of my chosen unit with suitable speakers. No issue with time taken to listen and consider options and sound advice with no sales pressure. Great value for money deal (including Black Friday discount), next day delivery of all items and easy installation following tips at demo. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Went in to sort out connections on moving to Guildford. Dylan full of advice and recommendations which resulted in getting wifi and tv and recording sorted. Also bought a turntable successfully , willing to install if necessary

Just taken delivery of my new TV and everything went perfectly
I called Richer Sounds at about 16:50 just after work, I knew I may not get through as they close at 5pm. I was put through to the Guildford Store and spoke to Daniel (Dan)
He was more than happy to help. Informative & Friendly, even at the end of the day.
