Steve went above and beyond to sort out my order, very knowledgable on the product range and gave me brilliant tailored advice. Would recommend anyone looking to buy a high end piece of equipment to go through richer sounds as their warranty is the best in industry and if you know anything about the company they make sure to look after both their staff & customers.

Easy purchase and super-fast delivery of replacement (same again) for 26 year old Denon mini-system, followed by sound advice re new speaker able to enhance the listening experience.

Great service and quick delivery
I was after a specific hifi stand which I had ordered direct from the manufacturer but they kept pushing the delivery date back. Found the same stand at Richer Sounds and went to my local store. The shop staff were very helpful, ordered up the item from their warehouse and had it delivered the next day. Very happy with service and speed of delivery.

Fantastic service!
Such a great experience. Daniel was so helpful and knowledgable. Helped us to find the perfect turntable, amp and speakers. Took lots of time to answer questions and give us lots so attention. Phoned afterwards and delivery was so quick. Highly recommended.
