Richer Sounds - Hull Avis 

I was purchasing my first smart TV and needed advice about which one to choose. I got lots of help and felt listened to and guided to the right one for me. I wanted my TV delivered and set up and arranged this with the shop. There was a misunderstanding about the arrangements made however and a small delay occurred. I spoke to customer services who were very responsive and apologised. They really care that their customers have a good experience shopping at Richer Sounds and kept in touch with me to rectify the issue. I will definitely shop there in the future.

A very big thank you to Paul store manager.We had purchased a TV,some 3months previously.Unfortunately the set seemed to keep having problems.After contacting the store in Hull,who were always so helpful and polite,the set was replaced on New Years Eve.Paul delivered the set himself,and installed it.We feel this goes over and above,normal customer service.We will certainly recommend to others.

Very professional and helpful staff, didn't have item in stock to take away but had a demo version for me to look at, ordered and delivered next day - Saturday! and last weekend before Christmas. A complete change from the usual electronics stores. Great price and much cheaper than others, plus 6 years guarantee included, so all in all great service.

Went in to buy a sonos beam, they had sold the last one that morning, but got me one sent out from the main warehouse quickly.

I purchased 2 turntables over the Christmas period, 1 for my daughter and one for myself. The staff in the store were extremely helpful and did not pressure me in any way. They were vert knowledgeable about the items that I bought and they gave me a great deal for the turntables. I couldn't be happier with the staff at Richer Sounds and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It would have been 5 stars but just noticed these are actually cheaper after been advised grab them at the price I paid while i can because they will be going back up to full price but now they are cheaper.

Update - Changes from 2 to 4 - The prices did drop as a reaction to certain retailers it has been confimred out of Richer Sounds staff control and no way of knowing this would happen

I was buying a Smart TV for the first time and the man at Richer Sounds answered all my questions patiently and in an easy to understand way. The atmosphere in the shop was relaxed and all the staff were pleasant.
The TV I ordered arrived the next day and I was kept up to date with expected arrival time. TV is great and the price I paid was around the same as similar TVs in other stores. It came with a long guarantee too.

I had already bought at LG OLED G5 TV, having received great service from the Hull store of Richer Sounds - specifically helped by Paul. However, although I wanted the wall-mounted version, I niaively thought there would be a stand with the TV, as well as the wall mounting bracket, as I wanted to initially set up the TV in place of my existing one, on a TV stand. I contacted Paul again, and without any hesitation, he identified the Sanus stand that I needed, gave me a very good deal and arranged for the delivery; all over the phone within minutes. My stand was delivered 48 hours later. Fantastic service yet again, all making my loyalty as a customer of Richer Sounds even stronger. Thank you,
