bought a tv delivery was fast, Lg tv good quality, had a few problems setting up TV so called the store direct spoke to who Jay talked me through things step by step over the phone and got everything sorted for me support and help by the staff 1st class

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Placed the order Sunday, received confirmation, called the store Monday as I had specific plans to collect it on Wednesday. Received confirmation that delivery was due Tuesday so I could collect from then. I received a call Tuesday and spoke to another person who confirmed it was now available, we spoke about it, the screen required, the setup and other geeky stuff that only someone like me who had spent months looking this product up and someone who knew their product would have been able to do. Arranged to collect Wednesday, walked in, spoke to one person who got the product from our the back, confirmed who I was, asked if I needed anything else, any help etc. I didn't and I was off, back to the car and back home to start the long-winded process of building my ALR frame and then setting up the projector.
It's simply amazing btw, the Hisense PX3 Pro is just phenomenal.
In summary, a great product, a good price, excellent, professional service and for me that's all any of us needs. Well unless something goes wrong and then from previous experience Richer will smash that as well!!

The guys in the store were very good
The guys in the store were very good. Unfortunately, I ordered a TV to be delivered by DPD. The first TV delivered was broken and returned. The second TV delivered was broken and I returned it to the store. The one I collected worked.
This did not reflect well on your business and delivery partners.

Thank you for your feedback, although it's really disappointing that DPD delivered two broken sets, which is very unusual.
We will spot check the stock we have to ensure there is no issue our end, as well as asking DPD to investigate the shipping route in case we need to do this differently. In the meantime our customer service team will follow up up with you directly to check everything has been resolved..
