Richer Sounds - Norwich Avis 

The tv I purchased is a EKO K24HSW, it’s for my cararvan. The delivery was only two days, the set up was very straightforward (I’m using the caravans own 4G wi fi) the only thing I was disappointed with was the sound, I got over the problem with a very cheap soundbar. For the price highly recommended *****

I want to move away from using Amazon for my purchases and to buy from British companies where possible.
My phone purchase was a positive experience. The sales person who helped me told me an item that was on back order was actually available in the Norwich store and put me straight through. The new sales person was also helpful and the whole ordering process was quick and simple. Was advised of a 5 working day delivery time but both items arrived in just 2 days. I'm absolutely delighted with the service and I'll use RS for my future audio needs

Seb in the Norwich store gave us lots of useful advice to enable us to choose our new TV. He was very knowledgeable and knew his products very well. He took time to explain the different technologies within current tvs and recommended various brands within our budget. An excellent experience and Richer Sounds will be our go to store in the future.

Purchased Monitor Audio Speakers with Mission 778x and Mission 778 CDT,,very fast delivery next day, helpful and accomodating in store
My only gripe is i cant connect blu ray via optical to amp for audio i just get a buzzing sound,i thought/presumed with all the connections provided this would of been possible to go through amp and speakers

Second Tv I’ve bought from here.
It was the 6 year guarantee that sold me on the first purchase. You may have consumer rights to fall back on when purchasing elsewhere but who needs that faff!
That first TV had an lcd fault after about 8 years of use so I wanted a new one. After looking around I’d settled on two. Went to richer sounds and the staff were super knowledgable and helped me pick the best of the two. I’m super happy with the new TV and can’t fault the service. Independent trustworthy local business. Highly recommended.

Great help in store, iam a 70 year old , who used like listening to vinyl when I was young, not understanding the concept of deck speaker and amplifier, the help I got in store was really helpful.

Very informative sales person

The straightforward ‘no pressure’ advice before recommending and selling me a replacement for my mini hifi system, was not only helpful but very informative. The willingness of the Norwich manager, Tony, to arrange a demonstration was greatly appreciated. The next day delivery of the new equipment not held in the shop, was also very impressive!

I wanted a new Freeview TV recorder. They recommended the Manhattan and I opted for the 1Tb.
Connected and all working well. I like the fact that the standby and working lights are clearly visible on the front of the machine. So far, very pleased with the purchase though I have not tried all of its options yet.
