Our visit to Richer Sounds Prestwich was made a lot easier thanks to the help we received from Dom.
He helped us choose exactly what we wanted and we never once felt like we were being pushed to spend more than needed.
We can definitely recommend paying them a visit if you get a chance.

We had a fantastic experience at the prestwich branch. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The products purchased were quickly delivered. They were easy to install and are working fantastically.

Dominic at the Prestwich branch was fantastic to deal with. Item exactly as described and ready to collect from the shop next day.

We bought a turntable and ruark products in December and have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided by all members of the team at the Prestwich store. The items were delivered quickly to store over the busy Christmas period , excellent communications and dealt with very efficiently when we arrived to collect, and then given help to carry into the car.

I found the staff that I spoke to were very polite and knowledgeable.I had a few problems arranging delivery but realise that it was probably due to the time of year and as I was going on a weeks holiday there were a few issues with arranging the delivery.Tv is now here and we are very pleased .Thanks for everything.

Website easy to use & order from. Everything quite clear & understandable.
Only downside was lack of verble communication at store when I was collecting. It was an elderly salesman than initially greeted me but we had zero conversation, no info regarding warranty, no offer of assistance to take items to car. Simply put boxes on counter & then promptly served someone else without a word of thanks. This was only disappointing area of my shopping experience. Would it stop me from using them again? Yes, probably as no interest in shown to me once they were paid the money.

Great practical advice with no pressure to buy

Bought a audio-technica turntable and eltax speakers for our Son’s 16th birthday from Richer Sounds in Prestwich, this was on offer on a great bundle price, whilst we were there we spotted a LG 55” AI tv which was the latest version which was also on offer on a deal that came with a LG sound bar/ subwoofer and rear speakers, fantastic picture and sound.
The tv was delivered within a few days to us and we set it all up, wow what a difference to what we had before it has completely transformed our lounge.
When we went to pick up the turntable and speakers as wanted to see how to set it all up, whilst there on the previous visit we had mentioned we were possibly interested in a Naim Muso qb 2nd generation wireless speaker, Andy had got one of these in for us to look at, again a great price so we went for it.
We have purchased these 3 items and can honestly say they are all of fantastic quality, thank you Andy for your advice and professional service with everything, we will be returning when we need anything else.

I was let down on an item I won on eBay just before Xmas, searched the Internet and found Richer Sounds bad one in a clearance as the box had been opened but it was in Prestwick, Manchester I am in South London, called the store and the salesmen was very helfull, paid for the item it was dispatched the same day and arrived the next, that's great customer service 👍

I’m going to say that I was satisfied with the service, however this is only down to the price I received on the cables.

Staff member Dom shouldn’t have been in he was so ill. Especially in a customer facing role. Probably he doesn’t have an option!

Lack of basic knowledge and stock. Computer system didn’t work well. Kept having to move from one workstation to another.

Maybe I just caught them on a bad day?

Contacted Richer Sounds regarding a projector replacement bulb and was dealt with by Tom
Having considered all options I asked Tom to recommend a replacement projector rather than the bulb
Tom was keen to make sure the replacement was capable of giving us a quality picture. He did some research and recommended a laser projector
Having trusted his opinion we made a purchase and after fitting was delighted with the outcome
