engaging staff at Sheffield....and complete honesty on some negative information on a product I purchased

Ready for collection from the local store the day after I placed the order. No problems.

Was sold a product by someone who knew what they were talking about and they did not try to steer me in the direction of the most expensive item. The salesperson was understanding when l had a temporary problem with my payment card. Have bought many products from this shop over the years and will continue to do so.

Having been a customer in the past, I had no hesitation in using Richer Sounds once again with my latest purchase ( a pair of Sonos era 100’s). Keen pricing, excellent website and delivery was super fast!

I arrived at the store 10 minutes before opening, but they let me in regardless and I purchased my turntable which I am extremely pleased with. A free 6 year warranty and they're allowing me to use the half price cartridge upgrade deal at a later date! Fabulous. Will be back very soon.

The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and very helpful.

Helpful information. Knoweledgeable staff. Delivery as described happened. Only problem with the delivery was the two young men' s language skills were not the best .voice unclear and spoken rapidly - hard to comprehend

I had looked online confident in what I wanted but needed to speak to a salesman. I found him to be very knowledgeable and realy looked after me.

Terrific service. The sales assistant, Alex, sourced me a TV from another shop when the model I wanted was not available at Sheffield or from another store. He also chased up delivery for me the following week, liaising with the other shop.

Well Ive got to hand it to them, they answer the phone every time I call, in this day and age that is remarkable, I purchased a screen and projector that was not cheap, well for me anyway, and Connor was very patient while I made my mind up, he also showed great interest in my needs and preferences, I must admit when you get in to the world of projection lens shifting, aspect ratios, throw distences, etc, then this is where Richer sounds staff are there to help, Connor could not have been any more invested in my purchase and his expertise was second to none, Ive recieved my screen last week which arrived the next day of me ordering, and Im awaiting the projector arriving soon. Well done Richer sounds I feel you have really taken care of me.
