I used Ridgeway training to complete my transport managers CPC course and exam, I would highly recommend them, Chris was great specially by at making the course as fun and informative as it needed to be or could be.

The course is tough but if you’re really looking at passing then you should look no further than booking with ridgeways.

The course was well-structured and very inclusive. The instructor Chris really made the course interesting and easy to learn. I like how the course was structured with slides, practical elements, and group discussions. I do not feel I would have passed studying from home. The way the instructor engaged in the group allowed everyone to discuss different methods, best practices, and how best to implement the learning outcomes. The way we tackled the revision days really gave me confidence going into my exam and we had practical advice on how to tackle them.

Good use of breaks allows learning to be absorbed in bite-size chunks. The venue was nice and had adequate facilities.

I would highly recommend attending this course to others.

Absolutely amazing experience I completed my PSV Transport Managers CPC with Chris Shelford back in November and took the exam in December. The course was taught amazingly, the whole team was fantastic, brilliant group of students, delivered with humour, fun and laughter, so easy and relaxed way of learning. I passed my Passenger managers CPC first time with Ridgeway. The course was delivered in a really interesting way and the notes/paperwork provided was everything needed to see me through both revision in the classroom and at home.
Chris made sure everyone understood each module and was always willing to answer questions/stay behind at the end to go through anything that was not quite sinking it.
From booking onto the course to receiving results, the communication is spot on and someone will always respond to your emails/phone calls.

I called the team at Ridgeway training at the end of March to arrange a CPC course, Chris Turner explain that government restrictions had ceased classroom based CPC courses. By the end of the discussion Chris had explained his ideas for video training sessions, a week later it was a reality. A true testament to hardworking innovation. The Ridgeway training CPC course provides a great foundation to anyone joining or returning to the transport industry. The modules are very informative and delivered in an interesting and challenging way. I would highly recommend the professional and experienced training team at Ridgeway.

An excellent Operators CPC course, delivered by a hugely experienced course provider in an entertaining but no - nonsense manner, with friendly and efficient office staff support.
A pass notification in the next few weeks would be the icing on the cake!

Great training center, but to many courses get cancelled, I missed a week of work after having 5 days cancelled, this is a shame as they tick all the right boxes in all other areas.
