Ordered on numerous occasions. The bars are stale, dry and taste sour. They’ve all ended up in the bin. Don’t waste your money

I absolutely love Ridic Rich, I've ordered from her over 20 times and rarely had an issue and if I didn't Demi on customer service dealt with it straight away! I absolutely love the cake bars they are my favourite! I love buying the mystery 15 slice and I like a surprise! Highly recommend the Dubai cake pot too!

Received these as a birthday gift from my sister. Very dry, some as hard as rock, would describe them as stale tasting even though had a good expiration date. After a few emails managed to get 50% refund only even though they were binned

Avoid! Very dry brownies! Terribly dry and hard! So upset , because they are not very cheap and I ordered a lot. Such a disappointment. They are literally scamming people. And on top of that customer service is nightmare. Going back and forth with questions like I have time for that. Questioning me for couple days till I just give up. They should be more open at least send new ones out, but I guess that’s not the case. Probably would come extremely dry again. Because mine went straight in the bin.

Placed an order on a whim and ended up getting my order doubled!!! honestly loved all of the things in the box so far, great for sharing and definitely a crowd pleaser- thank you so much :))

Faultless delivery service (really fast.) my favourite bake at the moment has to be the cornflake tart, buttery, flavourful jam & moreish cornflake topping.
Packaged to an exceptional standard, the design is fun & friendly.
Only thing left for the customer to do is put the kettle on & try the bakes.

No consistency at all. Yes the good ones are really good but I've ordered 2 boxes and at least 3 in each box have been overbaked and inedible. Also I ordered a "smarty party" which didn't contain a single smarty. Where's the quality control? I requested a refund for that one but it got declined. Thanks alot? And there's nothing you can do about it you just lose the money.

I ordered a special bundle and never got the tote bag that was part of what I paid for. The customer service team send me round in circles when I have raised it. This is also my second order and both times I have had brownies arrived broken. No consistency in the sizing. No one wants to help resolve, but quick enough to take your money! Many more other people to buy from. Lesson learnt is buying from people who mug you off on Tik Tok!

Not bad but not great. Some cakes are lovely but others come quite dry, especially if you get an end piece. I've placed several orders and so far I'd say it's a bit hit and miss.

Got the pick your own 12 box alongside the dubai Brownie bar and every single slice was undercooked. Not only that pretty much all the slices tasted identical. Only nice thing was the packaging.

Sent me a wrong brownie got a kinder instead of a Victoria bourb...expresso brownie was so dry even from the microwave 10 seconds and dubai pot was all split

What an absolute joke I ordered a 9 box slices for them to only be delivered and put straight into my outside bin. When I got home later that day I found the box in the bin to be chewed by some type of animal. I then contact the team to be told theres nothing they are going to about as they cant control what happens to the delivers and would not replace the the goods!!!

Most of their slices weren’t good. They were either dry, too sweet or flavourless and boring. The one I actually loved was the Victoria sponge cake version. That was delicious. Overall not worth the money in my opinion.

I ordered for the first time on Thursday and my order arrived yesterday i love the cakes I ordered i will be ordering more in the future

The cakes arrived severely damaged due to inadequate packaging. I contacted customer service to be told that they ran out of packaging so send in an envelope. I sent photos. The staff were unhelpful and stated damage occurred sending cakes and refused a refund initially. The staff didn’t care. It took three days of me disputing this to get a partial refund. I appreciate things go wrong but the seller should have held their hands up and offer a refund rather than arguing. It is clear from the photos there had been an issue and the majority of the cakes were damaged. This is extremely poor customer service and shows the ethics and standards of this business. The cakes were dry and tasteless. Disappointed and not worth it!

The cake slices in particular, they're some size! Fresh, full of flavour. All the staff are great on lives and work so hard. I highly recommend you try these out guys.

I first tried a cake (caramel shortbread) from ridiculously rich in August 2022 from the Brecon Show and I absolutely loved it. I had been meaning for a while to buy some more but I don't live near any shops or suppliers and was put off by ordering online and some of the review which made me think the quality had gone down hill.

I decided a week ago to order some for my birthday, I had the 6 cake subscription which was a random assortment of cakes.

I knocked a star off due to some of the cakes being broken and/or squashed which effected their looks but didn't effect the taste. The packaging was intact and not damaged so I assume the breaking and squashed cakes were caused before or during the packaging process. Also I recommend adding tracking to delivery since I had no idea when they were coming and they were the box is to big to be posted.

The cakes themselves were great, I'm normally not a brownie fan but I absolutely loved the ones I tried already (cookie, strawberry & cream brownie and strawberry blondie). I'll update once I've eaten the rest of the cakes!

Overall I'd be happy to order again or hopefully I'll come across a ridiculously rich stall in the near future!

I’ve just received my second order from rediculously rich by Alana and can only say if you haven’t tryed these brownies yet then you’re missing a treat of a life time ! Millionaires brownie is my favourite but this time I’ve got a mixture, arrived today as promised, well packed by little Alana live on Sunday night, arrived intact and just as good as my first order a few weeks ago , can highly recommend this company
