Lower height than expected but Al in all elegant and stylish!

Would give no stars if I could! Shocking customer service! Dining table arrived, half missing and badly damaged! Arranged pick up, & told would receive refund! Have tried to call numerous times (premium rate) no answer. Have emailed numerous times.. still no refund!! Do not buy from this company!

Shipping was late. Came with missing pieces. Lack of communication. Hard to track. Rotten tracking company. Maybe they were at fault. Nice beds though, but one piece broke on assembling it. HOpe that gets sorted out soon.

None existent customer service! Trying to hold of anyone from the company is very difficult. Left a voicemail on their phone line with no call back at all! I’m still waiting for my refund they won’t reply to my emails or my calls. Will be taking this further now as completely unacceptable just before christmas outstanding nearly £400 from these guys. They call it right deals but all they do is ramp up the prices of other retailers, I ordered some bedroom furniture but found it 10-20% cheaper at main stores. I cancelled my order 30 minutes after placing it weeks ago and still outstanding my money although I got told 2-7 working days on 30/11/21

Shocking customer service. I ordered an item almost a month ago now and apparently it was damaged during transit and returned. I have been unable to get a new item delivered or a refund since. Do not use this company. Very disappointed

Ordered single ottoman bed, one part arrived but still waiting for second part weeks later. It is very difficult to get an update regarding missing part and when I will receive this.

After recently redecorating our spare bedroom I was looking for a single white ottoman bed to fit in with the new colour scheme and to give us extra space. I saw this bed on a couple of sites but Right Deals offered the best price and free delivery. The delivery was very fast and easy. The bed was easy to put together and looks great in our new room. Would definitely recommend Right Deals UK.

Dressing table is great, I didn't find it difficult to put all parts together except mirror that I broke. Unfortunately the only thing I was offered is buying another whole set. Apparently there's no spare parts in sale. Very disappointing. Accidents happens and if I knew there's no option to buy another part if one is broken I wouldn't buy this table.

The desk itself is nice but the assembly instructions are very hard to follow.

I wouldn't normally leave reviews, but AVOID this company at all costs. I was expecting a 6 seater dining set and it would come in 5 items.

On the first day I waited around and only received 3 items which were just the chairs, then the next day I just received 1 items which was the table. I'm still waiting for the final part, As for customer service they are SHOCKING I have tried the live chat been phoning all day I even tried to email with NO response.

The courier they use XPD said that the items were delivered 9:25am when it actually arrived at 10:30am and the courier signed my name! I was on my own then the items were delivered and I didn't get any help with getting my items inside. I'm just so frustrated. I have just seen other reviews about this so called company about faulty goods so if this is the same for us we are going to report this company to trading standards. This has been nothing but stressful. I have never had a delivery this stressful EVER!

Asked for refund because they said they were going to send us the missing items and found out days later that it was out of stock! They even provided us with tracking information!!

Finally got our refund. Unfortunately I ended up saying that I would take them to small claims court if we didn't get a refund. The lady I spoke to about this situation said there will be no need for that and a refund will be with you in the next 24hrs. 2 hours later a refund! It's amazing as soon you mention small claims court that they actually do something about it!

This went on for nearly a month!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

It was a wary purchase given the reviews but I am pleased overall. Good value for money. The beds I bought were not expensive so I cannot grumble and its absolutely fit for purpose!
