Quick response to my problem. Engineer very polite and helpful. Labour cost quite high with no call out charge but acceptable. Don't forget the VAT!

Phoned Rightio for the first time to arrange for a boiler service. Price confirmed by email and then date and time booked very promptly and quickly (I did not have to wait for very long for service). Engineer arrived as arranged, work carried out without fuss or mess, service sheet explained clearly. One happy customer who will use Rightio again

Owen is a very competent and knowledgeable engineer. He goes the extra mile to make sure the job is completed well. He is polite and professional and showed respect for our home. I would highly recommend Owen as he does a great job.

Very smooth operation. Short time from calling in to appointment for servicing a boiler. Service guy turned up as arranged and communicated notice of arrival time. Worked well while on site. Was polite and helpful. Not the cheapest for the job, but were available at short notice.

Boiler service was done professionally, with no fuss and we were given full explanation of everything done, once completed full advice on looking after boiler was provided.

Called as the local paper advert made it look like a small local business.
I didn’t stop to think after the initial discussion. Prices are very high and they chased me after 5 mins. Tried pushing for a monthly payment plan as did the plumber who arrived.
This was done for my parents who were stressed.
I wouldn’t use again just purely through the cost and top up costs for parts which are over priced. They turned up within two hours of booking but that was the only plus for this company.

Promptly repaired my boiler and a leak.
They have an excellent care plan.
I would highly recommend them.

The engineer Dan Salmon was professional communicative and thoughtful proficient thorough and easy to talk to. He cleaned everywhere after he'd finished - it was better than when he started!! I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Rightio again

The Grohe mixer tap on our bathroom wash basin was leaking and I was pleased that Rightio said they could come the next day. Later they phoned back to say they were in the aera and could come the same day, which was excellent. Their man Fuyau Tsang fitted a new mixer tap which is fine. I found that the old Grohe tap had been held together with a large nut which astonishingly was made of plastic and had spilt, which explained the leak.

Quick efficient and helpful would definitely use them again.

Rightio are quick to respond to a call-out but charge over £200 fir a 5 minute assessment. After that you wait several days for a quote which offers vastly overpriced parts and a generous estimate of labour - again at over £200 /hour. I was quoted a total of near £1000 for repairs that cost under £300. Please search online before using these greedy traders

I have waited in all day for these CLOWNS. I was told between 08.00 and 12.00 when I phoned at 12.05 I was told they could not get through to the engineer but they had left a message for him/her to phone me with an eta. No phone call till 18.15 from the office offering next Wednesday. I declined and cancelled.

engineer who visited today (gully) was very polite and efficient did a excellent job, very pleased.

From the gentleman I first spoke to was very helpful explaining company procedures and pricing. The engineer was polite explained a few things a bout lock types and what would be best for my age group.Rightio are a credit to themselves and work force .THANKYOU.

Useless! I had an emergency plumbing issue at my elderly parents’ house in Darlington. I called them at 5pm and they said someone would be there that night. Nobody called and no one showed up. The office closes at 7pm so I couldn’t get through tonight anyone. It’s supposed to open at 7am but was still going to a machine at 7:30am. Terrible company!!

Nightmare trying to get an estimate for several little electrical jobs I need doing. Started in January - paid a lot on hourly rate for 2 small jobs doing. Was advised to ask for a quote for a new hob and electric towel rail fitting etc. Never came but when I had paid the high price for the first job I decided to try local workmen. Waited and waited and have been let down 3 times so Fri 27th March rang Righteo again and asked for a quotation - they said they had put it through but also gave me the number of that department presumably so I could chase it. Waited until Tuesday30th and rang that number. Was told William would ring me later that day. Didn’t happen. Waited until today Tuesday 7th April and instead of an apology and a solution I had to listen to a man telling me how many operators they had in the room he was in and how good they are. I tried to cut him off whilst he was trying to tell me why I wasn’t right about having to wait and he kept repeating ‘let me finish’ not understanding at all that they’ve wasted enough of my time already so I told him to forget it - so I have to start again looking for an electrician.
