Great Coffee & great machine...until it breaks down !!
Customer service & Technical service is shocking !!
Making promise they can't keep. Unless you're spending money with them, they don't want to know. Aftersales care & support doesn't exist.

I have managed golf clubs for over 14 years and have used a variety of coffee suppliers throughout.
Rijo42 is now our coffee supplier and we have used them for nearly a year now.

We opted to trade with Rijo42 after receiving a great introduction from the rep Steve. He visited our site to demonstrate the machine and allowed us to taste the coffees with his extensive knowledge of the company's products.

Coffee is key within golf clubs, we sell a lot! But since changing to Rijo42 we have received many comments on the improved taste, bigger cup sizes, and it's great we can now offer decaf coffee.

Rijo42 have a fantastic range of syrups also (which are often free when you purchase certain quantities)! We received the free cookie dough over the festive period and it is lush!

Placing orders is simple and easy- the telesales team are polite and helpful.

Fantastic service from start to finish, from Shaun our sales guy who demonstrated the machine and sorted pricing, and then managed to get us a machine at short notice for an event we had on, to Jake who installed on the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. If you need a machine, use these guys!

I bought the machine from Rijo just over 2 yrs ago … was miss informed on some details from previous rep regarding after service … but on the plus side to place an order was always sorted quickly and are very helpful … regarding problems with machine (which there has been (I’m not going to lie)… you need to speak to Ryan .. i think he is the service manager ..he has great customer service , very pleasant to talk to , very understanding,, polite.., especially as I’m a small independent buisness and he fully understands that i need an engineer asap and whenever I’ve needed to report a problem he really has been a credit to your company (Rijo) ..whoever reads this please pass on my review to the bosses of Rijo…. I placed an order but Rijo sent the wrong product by mistake. After a quick call they rectified this issue without fuss and I received my product the very next day. You can’t get better than that!

Rocky Experience

After a great start a few things went awry and we had a number of complaints with Rijo42.

After writing a terrible review on Trustpilot Ben took the reins and reached out to resolve all the previous issues. He's went above and beyond to be the point of contact in making sure the service was 1st class as promised. Subsequently I promised to delete the review to reflect the improvement.

While I don't want to hide the fact we had a few problems with delivery, quality and service, what matters was the willingness of Rijo42 to make right and excel moving forward.

Perfect companies never get complaints, but they don't exist.

Great companies will get complaints and do their best to resolve them...

I am not saying Rijo42 are great (it's early days) but they are well on their way from recent experience.

Jay was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He had not been given all our requirements but he was able to adjust accordingly without any complaints and the install was completed successfully.

This is my third coffee machine with Rijo 42 and I opted to move for Rijo 42 touch fresh milk machine my sale have gone through the roof in my store.i have done over 700 in two weeks.every one commenting on the quality of drink and they love the machine and so easy to use and option of cold coffee and cold chocolate and chai latte as well .big thanks to Shaun who advised me and helped me over 10 years and wonderful service from Rijo staff always ring you and remain you on stock and help you over phone if possible .I can’t recommend enough Rijo 42 thanks to everyone Anwar essa Essa news and Postoffice 👍

Having work with Rijo and Steve R in particular over the last 10 years I can’t recommend both highly enough. Steve’s professionalism is second to none, he is readily available and nothing is too much trouble. The machines themselves I have found reliable, the coffee excellent and the variety is great!!

Recently we change company for Rijo24. I would say the best experience so far!!! Steve and the team are super professional. They fitted and explained step by step how to use and maintain the best standard for the coffee machines. Always helpful always ready to give advice. The team always calls and ensures we have stock with coffee beans. They will drop supplies with few hours when (again I forget to order)!!! No much trouble for this team. I would like to say big thank you to Steve and the team for being so helpful and always ready to pick up my phone at 6am😉 . I would highly recommend Rijo42 if you want a professional company to deal with your fresh coffee every day. 5* from me Karolina Shaikh
