Rim Style have been outstanding with my enquiry and promptly resolved the matter. I have purchased wheels from them a couple of times now and always found the customer service first class.
In the past I’ve always struggled with after sales from different companies but these guys are top of their game.

Use before and always have a great service from them

Not many aftermarket alloys fit (OE sizes) or suit the 2023 onwards Toyota Prius.
Rimstyle have a decent selection in the correct sizings at sensible prices and after a few online friendly and helpful conversations with Gary at Rimstyle confirming sizings (new Prius has different wheel dimensions to previous versions) a set of Dezent KF in dark gloss were on their way.
Needed his help to actually buy, had to be via in invoice he sent directly for online payment because the website at Rimstyle hasn't quite caught up with the new Prius yet which is understandable its a rare enough car in Britain with few if any owners likely to be upgrading the vehicle.

All arrived safely, really well/cleverly packaged and without issue.
Had them fitted yesterday and it finishes the car off, the wheel spoiled the car before sitting on its original spec which are Tesla style plastic covers fitted over the 17" OE dull alloys, the higher spec Prius has nice 19" alloys but that spec triggers luxury car tax for 5 years and not prepared to pay that.

Anyway, all good now, thanks to you all at Rimstyle for your help and a decent buying experience.

Packed well and dispatched on the day they said.

Ordered a wheel & tyre package with extras. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but I believe this was due to supplier issues. The wrong locking bolts were sent (twice lol) but this was sorted out very quickly by Toby.
Overall I am over the moon with the wheels, they look fantastic and the fit and offset are perfect.
