Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful, paid for 1 hour parking on the ringo app , did not think anymore about it , then received penalty notice , upon checking receipts it showed the time and date I bought the ticket which was the 7 July but the date for parking was 13 th July , really don’t know how this happened apart from a fault on the app , I have appealed twice attached the receipt and both times they have rejected it .
How many more people have they done this to .

My account is about to be made inactive…

My account is about to be made inactive due to want of a new Password/Code, but still having difficulty updating details. They have the cheek to use an on-line assistant which is so common nowadays on-line, instead of paying staff. Hopeless system. DO NOT USE.

Ringo not interested when things go wrong.

Paid for 2 1/2 hours parking at the Queen Alexandra Hospital North Multi Storey Car Park to visit my daughter in law in the Maternity Ward. On arrival at the car park I paid for 1400 hours to 1630 hours (in fact only stayed 1 hour ish). A few days later for a Penalty Fine Notice saying I had not paid and was trying to park for Free! Checked my Ringo "invoice" and it showed the app had recorded the time as 0200 to 0430 hours. Appealed the Fine but Parking Fine Company not interested just told me to read the signs about paying for parking and to abide by the rules! even though I sent them a photo of the Ringo Invoice and what I thought I had paid for. Contacted Ringo but they were not interested at all just told me to try and get my £3.55 back from the company they pay their monies to (which I see is the same firm that I had to pay the fine to). I did this never heard back. Contacted the Hospital and the Security Departmenty said that Ringo were new to their car parks so maybe they hadn't got their parking information on the App properly sorted. Also I see its more expensive to pay on the Ringo App that directly on the car park machine.

My session didn’t show on the app and…

My session didn’t show on the app and so so I could not end the session. I was charged for 6 hours instead of 1 hour.

I contacted RingGo and they said it would appear on the app and I could challenge it- no function to do that.

Avoid!

Ringo is a scam.

Ringo is a scam.
I was charged £27 for 40mins parking.
The sessions didn't show and I couldn't end session, because it didn't show the session I has to pay at the machine paper ticket.
Do not download app.

RINGO Scammed me

Have been scammed by using a Ringo car park app at at Chesterfield. Machine out of order so rang the number on parking notice board. Was directed( unwittingly) to finda.Net which charged 90p for the privilege. For something I did not want. Finds.net is a SCAM WHICH if you do scroll further down on the useless app on Ringo it does say after 24 hours will charge a subscription of £39 per month. I found this out two days later when a payment was set up to take £39 for something I’m not interested nor need. I did finally did get through to RINGO on a 020 number further down the notice board which is an auto answer machine to get details of the car your parking and its Registration which sapped the life out of me for it kept repeating it needed make and reg of car. I had to give up up I left car park which was small had three cars on it with space for another 5or 6. It also was very uncomfortable site which I only wanted to stay 60 mins to use the local facilities. I left after 4 / 5 mins after an abortive phone call. RINGO WILL NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE NOR USE ANY CARPARK USING THERE SERVICES …….. BE WARNED PEOPLE . I’ve contacted my card payment company to stop the payment of £39 which is activated 24 hours later. I am awaiting the cancellation and reclaim the amount. The number and advice to use was on the notice board at this car park in Chesterfield as the Machine was out of use I followed the instructions.

False notifications !!!

After several attempts I paid for a parking session at my local train station with RinGo,the machine number was 4313. The amount was £2.50 + .20p admin charge. I bought the ticket just before 11:00 am and it said 10 hours on the machine which covered me till 20:00, or so I thought but then I got an e-mail from RinGo stating the session period was 10:46 on Wed 6/3/2024 to 18:00 on Wed 6/3/2024. I cut short my visit and got back before 18:00 and at 17:50 I got a message from RinGo telling me that my parking session was due to end in 10 minutes. When I got home I found it was impossible to talk to any human about this experience so in future I will never use RinGo and carry cash for the machine to avoid anxiety and the admin charge.

absolutely rubbish

This company is absolutely rubbish. I tried to pay for parking today for a 2pm appointment nearby. The sign stated I could ring a number if I didn't have the app or cash. This was false and I couldn't get any help. I downloaded the app only to find I could not register as I had an account already I tried to change my password bit this proved impossible I ended up being late for my appointment and being turned away I am fuming mad 😠 😡

Ringo Is Fraudulent

Ringo Is Fraudulent. It compromise your card details. I attempted to pay for parking but couldn't, so I had to download the Ringo App.
In the process of paying I had to register my card. That simple process was made difficult and complicated that I couldn't go ahead and had spent about ten minutes on that singular activity. I tried another card, yet no way. Frustrated I had to agree to the demand for a £1 deduction from my card to register it. Unkown to me my card details was shared with dubious companies like BEBOOK SPACE and Musclesbillcom. Bebooks Space Harow deducted £39.99 from my first card whilst Musclesbillcom attempted to deduct £59.99 from my second card.
Eventualy, they used yet another company Bromely moto to deduct the £3.70 parking fee I wanted to pay.
For the safety of your fund avoid usinf Ringo.I strongly believe Ringo is complicit in the fraud.

Ticketed twice despite confirming…

Ticketed twice despite confirming parking on the app. Have to keep challenging tickets. Connection between app and council system fails. Spoke to one of the wardens handing out a ticket and he showed me his system without my car on it - i showed him the Ringo confirmation with my car on it and he was like "not my problem" and Ringo said "not their problem"

Fined despite arranging confirmed Ringo session.

Fuming after being issued with a parking fine after generating a Ringo parking session that confirmed successful and allowed me to check in on remaining time. Added another hour and on returning to car got a fixed penalty notice that stated I had not paid for the first session! Could only find history of the second session that overlapped by about 3 minutes. Clearly an error with the app. Furious. Am trying to appeal and get evidence from Ringo that the first session existed. So much for cashless tech. Bloody useless.

Stille og rolig

Det virker fint.. altså meget bedre end resten af telia hvilket er noget lort..
Jeg skiftede til taletid så de ikke kunne snyde mig med deres regninger mere.. men hvad fanden er det for noget, pludselig ikke at acceptere mastercard længere ?

Alt fungere hos Telia Ringo.
Har haft SÅ store problemer med Telia førhen, men de har i DEN grad strammet sig an. Hvis der er det mindste problem, så strækker de sig meget langt for at løse det.

Snyder folk og kludrer i det. Typisk Telia.

Jeg skiftede over til Ringo (Telias billig produkt) for at spare penge. Jeg sulle have flyttet det mobilnummer jeg havde i forvejen med over til Ringo. Jeg fik besked på hvornår overflytninge ville foregå. Ved oprettelsen af Ringo havde jeg købt taletid, så alt skulle være i den skønneste orden. Men nej. Jeg kunne ikke bruge min mobil. Der var problemer med overflytningen af telefonnumret.Jeg ringede til dem flere gange. Da det endeligt kom i orden, kunne jeg ikke bruge min mobil alligevel, for som de sagde, jeg havde jo ingen taletid på trods af, at jeg havde betalt for det, da jeg oprettede abonnementet. Nu var jeg efterhånden godt træt og sur på Telia. Det hele kom efter lang tid i orden.

Men her ender historien desværre ikke. Nej. flere gange mens jeg havde det abonnement kunne jeg ikke sende sms'er og heller ikke ringe op. Jeg besluttede mig for at opsige mit abonnement, for nu gad jeg ikke mere. Jeg fandt et andet firma og fik flyttede mit telefonnummer over.Jeg regnede med, at de ville udbetale en resterende taletid. Men nej. Jeg har kontaktet dem, og de siger bare, at de ikke kan finde mit nummer i systemet, så de kan ikke gøre noget. Jeg ved ikke, hvad jeg skal stille op med dem.

Godt råd: Hold jer langt væk fra alt, hvad der har med Telia at gøre.
