My friend and I moved into our student housing on Juene Street last year through RMA Properties and have had a great experience so far.
Our inquiries and issues are always solved quickly and efficiently by the landlord and the RMA agent, Farhan.
We had new sofas brought, a new fridge, new hob and and always been treated kindly and responded to very quickly.

Overall, we had a great experience so far living here and we have also decided to renew our contract and live in this house next year as well.

I had a very positive experience with both the letting agency, RMA, and the landlord. RMA were consistently responsive and professional, addressing any issues that arose with my apartment promptly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout, and any maintenance concerns were handled without delay.

The landlord was also attentive and cooperative, ensuring that the property was well maintained and that any problems were resolved smoothly. Overall, the process was straightforward and stress-free, and I would recommend them to others looking for reliable property management.

I rented through RMA for three years and would strongly advise against using them if you have any choice.

During the tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Maintenance requests were dealt with very slowly, and contractors often turned up without any notice at random times.

The check-out process has been unbelievably bad. A full month after moving out, I have still received no communication about my deposit, despite calling daily and being told I need to speak to my property manager (Silas), who never returns calls.

When moving out, I specifically asked to be told within seven days if a reclean was required so I could send back the professional cleaners. Instead, RMA waited until 5:05pm on the final day—when the free reclean window had already expired—to tell us one was needed (I can only presume this was a deliberate money-making scheme). I had no choice but to pay an additional fee to send the cleaners back, which I did to ensure the property was left in good order. Even the landlord has since confirmed the property was in good condition, yet I am still waiting for any update on the deposit return.

If you have any choice, avoid renting with RMA.

Ms Madeleine Kiss, (Melbourne, Australia) my Property Manager from RMA is simply efficient, professional and dependable.
For all the times I've sought her help and advice, she has been very forthcoming with prompt and useful responses.
In recent months, I've had a bad spell over my misunderstanding of the numerous aspects of Aus Taxes.
As always, Ms Madeleine did not disappoint when I sought her assistance to sort matters out.
She went the extra mile to contact a Tax Company I had been in touch with years ago - just to understand better my unintentional Tax missteps.
She had also consulted a Senior Officer at RMA (another very helpful lady), so as to put the problems to bed in the best possible way.
While the matter has yet to be fully resolved, I believe and trust that Ms Madeleine will bring the unhappy state of affairs to a happy closure in the not too distant future.

avoid at all costs
RMA takes nearly a week to get back to any emails/calls, the staff I have spoken to are unwilling to help with many matters, and any replies are quite rude.
I was with Premier Lettings before and they were efficient, friendly and very fair. RMA's standard goes beyond lower than even students expect.

No communication from this agency. They don't respond to emails or calls when you need something to be fixed in the property. Furthermore, they take as much time as possible to return your deposit.
Not quite sure why the employees struggling to reply to emails in a timely manner when that is their sole responsibility.
