I joined RNT last July with the goal of losing body fat and building muscle. It was challenging both mentally and physically, but with the support and guidance of my coach, Lewis, I was able to stick with it. I honestly don’t think I could have done it without his motivation and encouragement.
The diet and meal plan he put together worked really well for me and helped me understand how to fuel my body properly to build muscle and stay on track.
I’m so glad I joined RNT. I feel healthier, more confident, and much happier with the way I look. I know I still have progress to make, but with Lewis and the RNT team supporting me, I’m confident I’ll reach next set of goals.

I have been on this program for five months, and despite following the nutrition plan, tracking my progress, prioritizing sleep, and doing my best with the recommendations, I have seen essentially no meaningful results. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had.
Before joining, I was promised personalized coaching and support. Instead, when I asked for changes to my plan because it clearly was not working, no one responded. Not customer service, not the person who enrolled me, and not even the owner, Akash. Once they had my payment, I felt completely forgotten.
I informed my coach from the beginning that I was scheduled for neck surgery and would have limitations with exercise. Despite this, there was no meaningful adjustment to my program or follow-up to help me succeed. My medical situation was simply overlooked.
The nutrition plan felt generic and ineffective for me. When months passed without progress, there was no effort to investigate why or provide a different strategy. I expected professional coaching, accountability, and problem-solving. Instead, I was left feeling ignored.
If you’re considering this program, especially if you’re a busy professional investing significant money and hoping for personalized guidance, think twice. My experience was that the support disappeared when I needed it most.
And one last thing: despite being told that refunds were possible if the program did not work, that was not my experience. I was left with an expensive lesson and no meaningful results. I deeply regret trusting this program and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Positive and Insightful Experience
Joining RNT Fitness has been a really positive and insightful experience. I had been stuck trying to chase what I had been doing in the past before joining RNT. Since joining RNT, through supportive coaching, accountability, and structure, I have been able to go beyond my original goals and breakthrough what I thought was possible for me in terms of weight and strength. The coaching has been supportive to help problem solve/plan for situations ahead of time and when review results after. This makes it not feel like such a restrictive program while seeing results. The coaching and app provide accountability of tracking and seeing data. Further, the nutrition part of the app is easy to use, and the general structure of the training, check-ins, equipment required, and time commitment have been easy. I felt full and pretty good through most of the fat loss period. I would tell people I felt full and didn't feel like I was "dieting". Towards the end of my fat loss, I did feel a little bit hungry/lower energy at times, but it was manageable.
Next level programme and next level life changes
My experience with RNT Fitness and the coaching and guidance provided has been top notch. You have to bring the determination to succeed, but if you're truly in it for the right reasons they will do everything they can to support your journey!
Finding the right coach is definitely key, and ensuring you're making the most of the processes they lay out and the learning.
The accountability provided and the holistic view of how not just to get fit and lose the weight (like in my case), but how to truly change your fundamental lifestyle choices and to not just aim for the weight loss, but learn how to keep it off as well. It's a difficult journey, and the team take you right to the extremes, which in my case is just what I needed and they championed my efforts and my journey the entire way.
The coaches not just kept me on track, but lifted me when I hit low points or self-doubt, and drove me to try harder when I needed it too. It's up to you to get what you really want out of this programme... but if you're prepared to go all the way, they will help to get you there in the right way! Thanks Akash, and thank you RNT for getting me to the fittest I've been since I was 20!

I joined RNT September 2025. It was time for me to do something about slow weight gain I was experiencing after hitting menopause. I was already working out daily and I thought I was following a healthy diet. However, the weight was not coming off. In fact, I was slowly gaining. In the last 9 months, with the nutrition plan and the assistance of my coach (Lewis Culshaw), I have managed to lose close to 40 ibs. I now have a better understanding of what my body needs and feel confident that I can maintain this diet and lifestyle for many years to come.

Unbelievable Life journey
This has been a life experience journey starting with RNT. THey have created an unbeleivable sustainable system that is quite effective. I started in February 1st and have had the most consistent weight loss I've ever had. The focus on sustainability, changing habits is truly great and coaching support is fantastic. THere's also a wonderful community of RNT'ers that are great to lean on. I'm excited to finish the fat loss phase soon and move on to consolidation and investment where they help transition you to creating a lifestyle that is best suited for you. I can't recommend RNT enough for people who have been struggling with their health or just want to optimize it.

I joined in February 2026. The combination of food plans and actually understanding the key healthy habits has been a game changer for me. Consistency is paying off.
Today I joined an all-day, face-to-face workshop with the team. The coaches and community were welcoming. Getting hands-on fitness and lifestyle coaching was motivating and encouraging — a real reminder to focus.

I joined RNT in Jan 2026 and have had no regrets since then! I've always enjoyed exercising & being healthy, but I never knew how to utilise these tools to not only reduce my weight but to develop my fitness and maintain it. The coaches helped to create a plan that was tailored to my needs (being vegetarian with a dairy intolerance can be tricky for hitting protein goals!) and provided exercises that have not only helped me to reduce my body weight to the lowest it's been in years, I've been able to build muscle and improve my fitness and strength! When I started RNT, I had several health conditions which were affecting me on a daily basis, within a few months they are now in remission! I can't wait to see where the next 6 months take me, it's a journey I'm certainly enjoying!
New beginnings for a new me
It has been 21 weeks since I’ve started my health journey. It has been a significant part of my personal development. Through various challenges, I have learned the importance of resilience, discipline, and maintaining a positive mindset. I have taken proactive steps to improve my physical and mental wellbeing by adopting healthier habits, staying consistent with exercise, improving my nutrition, and prioritising self-care. Throughout this journey, I have developed strong determination and adaptability, particularly when facing setbacks or obstacles. These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain focused on long-term goals, manage stress effectively, and maintain a balanced approach to life’s demands. The lessons I have learned from improving my health have positively influenced both my personal and professional life, helping me become more self-aware, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement. These are all things that RNT and the trainers help you with through your journey. That has great knowledge and guidance towards improving your health and wellbeing. I’m truly grateful for joining the program and starting my health journey. I would recommend this program for anyone that needs to get a healthier lifestyle supported by professionals.
Four weeks in and a strong overall…
Four weeks in and a strong overall experience. The end to end approach and mixture of the app, accountability framework and lots of opportunities to learn through videos and coaching calls all works v well. Abi (my coach) is extremely responsive and knowledgeable and is helping me through the process.

A well oiled, tried and tested approach that just works!
So I initially did my 1st transformation with RNT back in 2018/2019, and managed to get into the best shape of my life. Then COVID happened, had 2 kids, and my career got more intense. The blueprint I previously had didn't work for me anymore, so I decided to re-join RNT again in 2026. I was feeling blah, wasn't fitting into my clothes and felt unfit. I had a consultation with Akash to align my goals and priorities, and he then assigned me a coach who pulled together a plan consisting of 3 workouts and 2 cardio sessions a week, with some other non-negotiables.
Since joining, I have lost over 10kgs and 10cm off my waist in the 1st 3 months (and i have 9 months to go!). The process is smooth, well oiled, and tried and tested. It has massively evolved since my pre-covid experience - they now have a fantastic app, polished content, and a strong community. This makes the whole process a lot easier.
My coach Oli has been great too. He keeps me accountable which is the single biggest thing I am getting, to make sure I meet my targets, and help me out where I need guidance or structure e.g. on holidays or meals out.
I am really looking forward to getting in the best shape of my life once again, and hopefully get the guardrails and systems in place to keep me in check for the long term.
It is not a cheap programme to join, and you are committed to a 12 month period which is quite long, but if it is a priority and concern for you, the cost can be absorbed... and whilst the 12 month commitment is long compared to other coaches, it is needed to get yourself through all 4 seasons, and through the various ups and downs you go through in a year, as well as the time needed to embed systems, get into a good shape, and learn how to sustain it.
I would definitely recommend RNT if you are looking for a tried and tested approach. They have done enough transformations to have worked with those from all walks of life, and therefore have the right approach for you. The approach is tailored, and gets fine tuned along the journey which is great. It is not a cookie cutter approach which many coaches do.
The business is always pushing limits, evolving, and I look forward to seeing where my journey with RNT takes me!
RNT year long programme - worth it? My answer is DEFINITELY!!!
This programme really looks into how to manage your health and fitness alongside all life events, like when times are really busy stressful at work, or holidays and meals out/ life events or just like when you feel you don't want to do this anymore. The way it has been created avoids that yo-yo effect. Being someone who has always gone to food as a comfort and something that makes me happy (full disclosure I am a chocoholic), I have come to learn that I don't really need these, but more importantly how and when can you incorporate certain things. At the start I didn't really believe that training at home 45 mins 3 times would get me stronger, but it is amazing how you get a completely tailored programme where you can actually achieve the exercises and without realising become stronger. It is a year long programme and I am only 4 months in but already wondering how I would do without my app and coach as it has become an integral part of life and something I look forward to rather than a burden. I was very reluctant to commit to a year as thought it may be a waste of money if I didn't like it, but as it is tailored to every individual it is adjusted so that it suits you so there is no way that you won't see results or won't like it.
Great, holistic programme!
I've got a lot out of my time with RNT - it's a holistically designed programme which gradually equips you with the knowledge, skills and habits to transform your health and life without overwhelming you. I've built more muscle tone and definition, developed better nutritional habits and feel stronger, fitter and healthier than I've done in years. The minimum 12 month timeframe with the constant accountability of an online coach was key in developing and embedding many of the learnings and habits. My coach, Abi, was fantastic - he pushed and encouraged me throughout and was always happy to expand on reasons for doing certain things or to answer any questions I raised. Would definitely recommend to others!
The system works. You need to trust and follow the process. Results follow.
When I started a lot of emphasis was given on discovering my why. it took me a while but this all had a meaning. 13 weeks into the program, I am in the best shape of my life till date. I was sceptical initially but with the help of my coach, one day and one week at a time the results started coming in. Oli (my coach) is a true accountability coach. He has corrected my form, provided systems which help me stay on course and asked all the right questions which make think again and again why did I start on this journey. Obviously physically I look a lot better, have lost 12 kgs already. I feel lighter and am the strongest I have ever been. But always one step at a time. There will be setbacks where you will strain some muscle but the journey is still on. This is a lifestyle redesign which will help a lot of people.
Solid program - seeing results
I signed up for RNT fitness around 4 months ago when I reached a point that I told myself - something has got to change. I have been part of the program for 14 weeks, since the start of the year. I appreciate the structure they have to ensure that you're thinking about all the elements of your health - sleep, water intake, exercise (both strength and cardio in the right balance), and of course, nutrition. All of these impact your weight, and checking in daily about them does provide accountability. You get personalized coaching with feedback on form of exercise and encouragement through weekly check-ins and responsiveness to questions. Different coaches have different styles, so it's important on the intake interview to share what personalities or type of feedback that works best for you, so that they can hopefully match you with the person who's the right fit (e.g. direct feedback is effective for you vs. want more of a softer, encouraging tone that is still constructive). I'm happy to share that through the structured program, I have lost 10% of my body weight so far! While it's definitely an investment, it's an investment in yourself. You've got one body and one life - treat it as such! Grateful for the program and what's to come.

I lost 10 lbs so far in 20 days eating more food than I ever have. Originally I’d eat only 2 meals a day and would be hungry most of the time. I now have 3-4 meals and feel good after eating. The support is helpful and it’s nice you don’t need to think or guess. It’s just a matter of executing. If you follow the plan everything to a tee you’ll see results! Also it is an investment but the amount I’ve saved in not dining out is also a game changer. I find myself having more time for myself as I prep meals for a couple of days and it’s just been nice to grab and go and not having to think of what I’m eating and is it nutritious. Abi is also a fantastic coach that is there to help and guide every step of the way!

RNT provides the structure, support and accountability that leads to inevitable success. Akash has created something truly wonderful. I can't thank my coach enough for helping me reach my goals and getting me to a point at which I feel like I can continue this lifestyle on my own.
