Initial experience was positive having had a puncture and emergency replacement tyre fitted. The tyre was more expensive that with other companies but it was an emergency call out. However I have now found that the lug bolts have been over tightened and I’ve had to incur additional cost and disruption to get a garage to sort it out. Given this is one of the most basic things when changing a tyre I don’t recommend the service.

Excellent. Two tyres needed. This was a simple solution to a frustrating situation. My call was answered straight away, I was quoted and fitter organised within two minutes. Tyres changed within 90 minutes, superb service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Roadmateuk were very good. They contacted me regularly throughout the tyre replacement to tell me what was happening and arrived within the hour as promised. The fitter Kevin was very quick and also very courteous and friendly, even offering to help me reload my boot after the repair and checking for any other related damage on the car.

Agreed a price Which was very reasonable and within a hour they turned up to replace my tyre on my Porsche ( no waiting mucking around ). They were friendly easy to deal with , would fully recommend using them if you want a fast and efficient service. Jason. London

Responded very quickly to request through website and call out fee was reasonable at £60 which are the positives. On the downside the call out took over 2 hours even though promised under 60 minutes originally. Including a call after 45 minutes saying they had had to return to the garage in Walsall to get my tyre size (something provided in the original request) and then a communication 60 minutes later showing them just 10 minutes outside Walsall so unclear what took an hour there. Then finally horrendously overcharged for the tyre, £180 for a very budget brand that can be purchased for £50 is a ridiculous markup.

I was back on the road within 2 hours. Friendly engineer replaced my tyre.

I had an emergency, they answered the phone promptly and the lady understood my situation and was extremely helpful.
Communication throughout was excellent.
It's expensive but it was needs must !

The whole process from phone call to new tyre fitted was only 1 hour.

Was given their number by roadside SOS phone. Quick response and actioned (6.30pm on M25).
Had to wait a little longer than quoted and had to chase getting an eta but otherwise good service.
Tyre was repaired roadside. (Puncture). £120 call out and £120 repair fee so will have roadside recovery in the future!!

Can’t recommend enough. Tyre blew on the motorway and within an hour I was back on the road. Sarah was great talking me through all the info she needed and then I got a call from the mechanic giving me a timeline etc. Not a bad price for the service and would definitely recommend.

I so happy I found them. I’m highly recommend quick response always in touch fast service and they come very late happy and friendly.
