I’ve had several cars from these guys and have never been disappointed

Brilliant team, felt very welcomed and looked after. We’ve been accompanied by our little kids and they have had a nice experience as well, having hot chocolate and lots of biscuits.

Excellent service from start to finish I have purchased a fee cars from these guys and honestly I don't mind the travel because I know I'm getting quality service and quality vehicles.
The after care and service is also exceptional.

All appeared to be going so well, Paul seemed really helpful & told us first off delivery was free. This was important as I live in Penzance, Cornwall. I asked for the jaguar figurehead to be taken off bonnet which was not standard & MOT as only 5 months left.
It appears the departments don't talk to each other as my payment was made but Paul didn't know or didn't enquire which meant delivery was 2 days later than expected. ALSO, they wanted £400 delivery fee, marked down from £500 because they'd told me it was free. Had me over a barrel, almost blackmail, as they wouldn't negotiate: If I wanted the car I had to pay. When it arrived figurehead was still there & I noticed a long scratch which wasn't advised & was not visible in the video walk round. I didn't noticed it until a few days later. So all in all not good & I felt I'd been "had". However some GOOD NEWS: The new sales manager Martin Halls has apologised & refunded the £400 delivery fee. Also getting the scratch fixed is in hand. A totally different approach & welcomed. I have no concerns following the change of management. Thank you Martin much appreciated.

Highly recommend Roadstar!

Roadstar offered on Motorway to purchase my BMW X7M at a good price. They reneged on the purchase without ever seeing the car. They twice scheduled a "pick up" from my house (per Motorway) and twice didnt show up leaving me waiting in all day. I found out that Obi (the named person who offered to buy my car) had disappeared on holiday while I was waiting for his arranged "pick up". In my opinion this dealer cannot be trusted - and trust is everything when buying a luxury car. Please avoid.

I saw a very nice Range Rover sport they had and I had to go see it. When I turned up, Paul met me and gave me the welcome of 1st class, showed me around the car, answered all my questions, honestly, if he didn't know the answer he went to find it straight away. Anyway, I liked the car so much and the way they greeted and looked after me, I felt there was trust between us, I bought it there and then, they gave me a really good price for mine. Not long after though, a leak was found on a health check I had done, I called Paul and straight away he arranged for this to be repaired at their cost, booked it in to an independent Land Rover specialist nearer to me, and they also agreed to pay for a hire vehicle whilst mine was being repaired. I have bought cars from other dealerships in the past, but this time I'd have to say was my best experience. Yes there will be bad reviews about them, but by reading them, the buyers didn't give RoadstarGB a chance to rectify issues. They are true to their word, polite, welcoming and will never ignore you after purchasing. I am loving the car, and no doubt I will contact them again when I'm due to get a new vehicle. Thank you to all the staff at Roadstar GB, especially Paul, outstanding.

Bought a Toyota C-HR Hybrid from these guys. Was provided with a comprehensive feature list and video. Bought the car without seeing (but having driven one at Toyota dealer!) and the car arrived 2 days later in its prestine glory.
A small gremlin was resolved quickly to which they followed up on.
Superb service, a very easy transaction and fantastic aftercare.

Beware of this company Roadstar Automobile Ltd i enquired on a distinct Lamborghini Urus with Vossen alloys only to find it listed elsewhere with detailed images and video. The car does not belong to Roadstar it belongs to SSC in Huddersfield who have also verified that they supplied the car new and bought it back into stock. I have seen, test driven and deposited on the car at SSC, who were also kind enough to FaceTime me to show the car physically on their premises prior to my arrival. Please beware of Roadstar and also recommend checking if they actually own their stock. Asking to transfer £150k+ for a car and recommending a delivery service really does seem a little sketchy for my liking… especially when you don’t even own the car!
Companies who are out to defraud innocent customers should be publicly addressed.

Whilst the salesman was friendly, the manner in which the car was presented to me was abysmal. Firstly, I'd travelled for an hour to see and test drive the vehicle. When we arrived, it was still penned in amongst several cars albeit with the engine running. The vehicle had been there for some time as the battery was flat but I wasn't told that when I turned the engine off. I was left to my own devices. I thought I'd broken it lol. Nobody spent any time with me trying to "sell" the vehicle. The car had been neglected since it arrived it seemed. There was a smell of mildew inside the car and boot. Low and behold, the seatbelt was covered in it; not great.

The body work was badly scratched on one side, deliberately it seemed. When asked if it would be repaired, I was told "no", but they might try T cut..... Although the car had an AA inspection some 8 months prior, the test drive revealed a noticeable rattle in first and second gear. When pointed out to the salesman, I was told, "But the AA check was OK".....not the point....it was not ok when I drove it.

What I found most uncomfortable was the way one of the staff approached and addressed the salesman we were talking to with a query. He stood and hovered near the desk, staring intensely at the salesman. When the salesman acknowledged him, his manner was abrupt and unprofessional as he said something along the lines of "Key for....it needs moving" with a degree of contempt I was appalled by.

Needless to say, I did not purchase the car which I had been seeking for several months, given the colour combination, spec etc... Had it been even adequately prepared and satisfactory, they'd have had the sale there and then. The poor salesman looked unhappy to be working there ; either that or he just was not interested in the job. Possibly the worst experience of viewing a car I've ever had. Maybe the £7800 price tag of that car didn't warrant their interest as much as the much pricier cars on sale; but no matter if that was the case, it was the car I wanted and had put myself out to view/test drive. Quite a surreal experience.
