Ro & Co Wholesale Ltd Avis 

I'm very apprehensive of using new suppliers due to the vast amount of scam sites but I took a chance on Ro & Co and definitely didn't regret it! I ordered some Christmas stock that arrived promptly and was good quality. I'll definitely be using them again!

Ordered a huge selection of skinny tumblers at 14:15, and by 1430 they were confirmed as collected and left their warehouse - the speediest and friendliest service I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Extremely happy.

I can not recommend Ro & Co enough; the products are always high quality - the DTF is amazing and the colours absolutely pop.

Dispatch is always within the advertised time frames - however in my experience dispatches have been extremely quick!

This supplier is my go to and has been for many years.. they are super speedy with orders even custom ones! The options for postage are next day and 2-3 days!! It’s never of ever outwith the time frame and if so it’s Royal Mail backlog… the TEAM at RO&CO are like superheroes.. nothing is ever a problem and always there to help with enquiries.. 100% recommend this company for all your needs for your small business

I have used this shop for years now and it continues to be my first choice. The team are dedicated to providing a stress free service and keeping their customers happy. I've never had a problem with any of their products. Once I had an issue with Royal Mail, which wasn't their fault, but they still helped me out as I was a bit clueless, and the problem was resolved the same day.

Really disappointed with my experience with Ro and Co. Communication was poor throughout, and when I tried to return an item — which I’m fully entitled to do as a business-to-customer purchase — they refused. I was told it’s simply “the terms” and that they don’t offer refunds under any circumstances, which goes against UK consumer law. I’ve since reported the issue to Trading Standards and informed my bank, who are now in the process of getting my payment refunded. A wholesale business that sells regularly to the public should know better than to deny refunds where the law clearly allows them.
