The ease of the website in building a coffee bag was incredible and the delivery of the final proof was outstanding- from the communication, the tracking of the process, and the actual proof. But by far the best part was Katrina C. who helped guide me in the the process, answered questions super quickly, and offered guidance and understanding of the products so that I could get the best bag I can for my small coffee shop. It was that personal touch that really makes me just want to make more bags with Roastar.

Roastar never disappoints. I have been using this company for almost a decade and have never met anyone that wasn't helpful. I recently changed companies and had to learn how to design on my own. Roastar provided excellent customer service. I ordered my labels on Monday, and they shipped them out the same day I’m set to receive them by Thursday, which I really appreciate. The only issue I ran into was during the ordering process. There seemed to be a glitch on the website that wouldn’t let me move forward to the next step. At first I thought it was my computer, but it turned out not to be. Along with that, the communication involved a bit of back-and forth to get everything sorted. Other than that, everything worked out, and I’m happy with the overall experience.

Roastar was amazing to work with! They were open to looking at price comps, the time line was excellent, and they went above and beyond in making sure my bags arrived on time, even with the weather getting wild.

Design process is easy, even if I don't make it easy for them. Designers are always professional and helpful. Got the physical proofs and they looked amazing! Darker than our current bags, but it looks closer to what we imagined it to look like so we are very impressed! Can't wait to receive them and share them with our customers!
