Thank you for your excellent 5-star review. As we stock a wide variety of quality footwear, with some brands crafted in European factories, the sizes can vary ever so slightly between the brands. If you would like to try the next size up, do let us know and we can accomodate. Some brands also offer a slightly wider toe box area (g fit) for wriggle room if that is an area to consider too. We would like you to be as comfortable as possible, so do pop in one of our stores if you'd like any assistance in getting a great fit.

Te website was easy to use and the shoes arrived promptly. They are really well made, so comfortable, and I look forward to wearing them throughout the summer.

I ordered and paid for a product. After two days I received a mail indicating that there had been an inventory error. Let's hope that the money is returned as swiftly to my account as it was debited.

Bad experience
They advertised a pair of mens shoes on a very low price I ordered the product and after few days they emailed me letting me know my order was cancelled due to no stock.
Shame.

A fast and friendly service
The first product I ordered was unavailable due to an “inventory error”. My payment was returned promptly. My second order, made by telephone, was received less than 24 hours after making the payment. The package was in perfect condition.

I bought some slippers through their online store at a competitive price. A couple of days later I received notification the order was cancelled due to a stock error. No other explanation was provided.

Cancelled without notice
My order was cancelled (ok fully refunded) but I was not notified of this at any time. Only realised when I went to track my order.

They cancelled order after I'd paid for goods.
Ordered trainers paid for them then they just cancelled my order. They refunded me but I'd have preferred the trainers
