I've had my Rockdoor installed by Gary of G Parker Joinery & UPVC specialists. I received a first class service from start to finish. Gary worked very tidily and completed the work to a very high standard, Thank you!

The door is built to a high quality and has a solid feel about it, all while looking good too.

How does Rockdoor shy away from the guarantee promise on the basis that the warranty is with the installer? It is your manufactured door and quality of product that the guarantee is on. If you supply a trader with your door to fit, how does that alleviate the ‘product’ guarantee. You said you simply manufacture and wash your hands of it. And as our installer no longer exists to get another installer to sort and pay!!! Great door for sure. For £1800 we went with supposedly ‘the best’. Minor issue resolution sought. Poor being fobbed off.

UPDATE 1:

Increase from 1* to 3* as have had contact from Jason at Rockdoor to offer his support to resolve the issues after the initial ‘no’. They are not major and warranty support should be provided for the period offered regardless of installer status. The door as mentioned previous is a great door. Let’s see how it progresses to happy to review again.

UPDATE 2:

Increase from 3* to 5* as we had a direct engineer visit from Rockdoor as promised and on agreed date and time. Issues resolved which were not major but would have worsened if not attended. So grateful for that. Thank you to Jason for reaching out and the engineer (apologies cannot recall his name but really nice guy). All in all a result but I do feel it shouldn’t have started out the way it did simply discounting support for their own guaranteed product due to installer going out of business. I have been assured door will be supported throughout the valid guarantee period if required (which is still great after a year and was told installed very well by the installer in the first place). So happy to move from initial 1* for ‘no support’ to 3* for ‘support offered’ and now 5* for attending, resolving and offering future help if required. It may taken a month or so to get there but main thing is we got there. Thank you.

We have just had our door fitted it looks fabulous. The local supplier and fitters we used provided exceptional service. We look forward to the door looking like it does now for many years.

Nice sturdy door, which locks nice and securely, no noise and no gaps. The handle and the panel and the overall finish looks good quality. Nice to have three keys with the front door.

Impregnable, unbreakable, uncrackable security? I found out to my cost that this is not the case having my house burgled and my car stolen with the thieves coming through the Impregnable, unbreakable, uncrackable lock.
Upon contacting Rockdoor I was met with total indifference and reference to T and Cs with them stating I must have left my keys in the door which is not the case and was made clear in my statement to the police. They also stated that as I didn't have the lock because the thieves took it that they couldn't conduct an investigation so levelled that at me as the customer to assist their getting out of their guarantee. They then also dropped a shoulder and stated the lock is made by Avocet who will not pay out on their guarantee if they don't have a lock to look at so deflected blame further.
On the whole and in my experience their guarantee, their marketing and their claims around the lock are obviously false. I have crime numbers and emails to support what I am saying.
My advice would be to be aware of the above and if a purchase is made do not expect any support from the company and total disregard by them for what has happened. None of them has contacted me to establish what happened and they appear to have total disdain for the customer. This also seems to be prevalent in other posts on here.

Also watch for their reply to this as they will never admit anything or even ask a question. Their "replies" are generic and totally blame free. They have not asked any questions about what has happened. Not one and just arrived at their conclusion.

Dreadful doors dreadful service. I’ve 4 doors in 6 years because they were so substandard. I had to pay for the 4th installation! I’m still awaiting a call from one of the many company directors. Buyer beware.
In response to Rockdoor I should not have had any need to have FOUR DOORS IN SIX YEARS. I shouldn’t have had a need to pay for the last installation. Your product should last more than 6 years, you should have supplied a like for like replacement. What ever your “records show” you know exactly what happened to my original installer so stop the nonsense of “your records”. The fact remains I have had 4 doors in 6 years and had to pay someone else to install the last one! End of!

Fast response to replace a broken door

Had my new door fitted this morning so pleased my hallway is so much brighter and warmer. Excellent tradesmen, very professional, took away my old door and cleaned up after they had finished.

Loving our new door!

We recently purchased a door with rock door under our local trusted tradespeople/installer.

We could not be happier. You can design the door and the quality is just superb, and the finish is really nice. It’s also not expensive compared to quotes we’ve had with others who likes to shaft people. We love our chartwell green door. Thank you Rock Door!

During the summer we had a new back door. We chose a Rock Door with a decent sized long glass panel, white back and red front. It is great to just lock it by flicking the mechanism and it feels so secure. A few months down the line …we had to have our front porch replaced, since the back door was so good, we had a new front door, same colours with 2 glass panels that featured really nice detail. These doors are excellent and were brilliantly fitted by Custom Conservatories in Syston, Leicester.

Excellent product. We are very happy with our new front door. Fits and works perfectly and the hallway feels much warmer.

Three Rockdoor doors, "Newark", "Stable View Light" and "Cottage View Light" were all carefully installed on the same, wet November day in 2023 by three lovely fitters from a local company.

The quality of these doors surpasses my expectations and they all look equally good from both inside and out! I would certainly recommend Rockdoor products as they are so well made: solid, secure, easy to lock and unlock and the graphite furniture completes a very classy finish. Supplier and staff also gave me exemplary service from the beginning of my door journey to the end.
