Untrustworthy and Unsupportive Customer Service
Ordered a $150 necklace and paid a HEFTY price for 2-day shipping so that I would have it in time for an upcoming vacation. The next day I get a UPS tracking number, but it says UPS hasn’t received it yet. That’s not unheard of, so I wait a couple of days. By Friday - 4 days after ordering it with 2 day shipping - it still says “package not yet received” on the UPS site. I wrote customer service, and they got back to me the day before I was leaving. They said “oops USPS picked it up instead of UPS! We can send it again!” I said sure - send it overnight FedEx so I get it before my trip tomorrow. Instead, they refunded my full purchase. I said, “but there’s one on the way via USPS, right? Shouldn’t I get that tracking number?” Guess what? Another “Oops” and some crazy story about “well…it only KIND of went out via USPS…”. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional, and they won’t overnight it because they of course don’t make the product themselves, but rather drop-ship it. I wish someone else had the licensing for the franchise I love, but I’ll look on Etsy going forward.
