Have bought quite a bit of Rohan kit over recent years. All of it is high quality and very durable. Sizes are generous and jackets are generally made to accommodate several layers. Waterproof equipment stands up to wet weather. Shop staff are usually very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered two online items to collect from our local shop on collection only one item could be found, I was told that a good search in the shop would be carried out as there was a staff shortage that day and then it would be posted out to me which is duly was, resulting in good customer service 😀

I am furious with Rohan. At the end of February I purchased a full price pair of amblers trousers. One week after they arrived I received an email from Rohan offering 25% on Amblers trousers. This is not the first time they’ve done that. I see no point in buying full price from them in future. If they were going to offer me a discount so quickly after purchasing full price they should’ve offered to reimburse me.

Really impressed with the speed of delivery. I bought items in the sale and am very pleased with them.

I’ve contacted the helpline 4 or 5 times since November requesting a return label & Becky promises she has sent & emailed it to me yet nothing ever arrives. Is there a manager to contact to bypass her? The aftercare service is nonexistent as they seem to want to prevent you from returning items for repair - it’s ridiculous.

Can arrange to collect in store, I do often, and try on the clothes I ordered. If the wrong size can change and/or reorder, simple!

The zip could be more robust while zips on the pockets would have added security. Otherwise it is a satisfactory fleece for Spring and Autumn but not as satisfactory as the Rangefinder it replaces!

I have been dealing with Rohan since the 70’s. Brilliant company - never a complaint!

My order, purchased as a gift, Rohan Merino Union 150 short sleeve T-shirt, size medium, was of excellent quality and true to size. The recipient was more than pleased with its lightweight comfort and warmth. The T-shirt acts as a very good under layer on colder days.
Service from Rohan was good as always, the item was delivered on time.

The site is OK but I think it would be bbetter to show an item and then the various colours that are available rather than a separate photo for each one
