Selling our Rolex
We sold our Rolex watch to the Rolex Watch Trader. The experience was handled very professionally and the payment was immediate with the amount originally agreed.
We made a mutually agreed appointment time and met in their Manchester offices.

Rolex spricht einen direkt an und man…
Rolex spricht einen direkt an und man wird eingeladen in ein schönes Uhr Geschäft. Außerdem bietet die Website die schönsten Uhr des Marktes. Aber wenn schon über die Website spricht, ist sie zu kritisieren vom Ausdruck. Viel zu wenig Können beim Webdesign der Rolex Website. Ich finde die grüne Hintergrund Farbe der Rolex Seite einfach nur zu schräg. Und die Grüne Farbe macht einem nicht wirklich an seine Rolex Uhr kaufen zu wollen. Aber Hut ab für so wertvolle Uhren!

A Seamless Transaction
I messaged the seller on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until the next day...less than an hour later I had my answer. Placed my order on Monday - package arrived at 10-30am the next day. The packaging was excellent too with absolutely no chance of any damage in transit. Most importantly, the watch was as described & purchased at a competitive price.

I have to say that I had a flawless experience with Rolex Watch Trader. It was quick and easy, and I was kept updated constantly, even down to being sent a photograph of the package before it was shipped. Unprofessional
Phoned the “mobile” number on the website (bad sign already), they phoned me back and I explained I was previously calling as I wanted to sell a Rolex datejust I had just been offered (but no longer needed for myself), by my local retailer. I didn’t even get the chance to explain what variant it was until I got “no, no interest whatsoever”
I thought these people were buyers? Unsure if it was my accent or what but the gentleman was unapologetically rude and shut me down straight away. Safe to say I won’t be going near them for anything again.
