The main job was to replace my rotting soffits and fascias but I also asked if they could check the work I’d recently had done to re- bed the ridge tiles which I suspected had been done by a bunch of cowboys. Unfortunately Miles confirmed that the work hadn’t been done properly and advised on the options to correct the situation. Miles recommended a dry ridge system and was able to keep the team on the job for the extra day required to complete everything. He also replaced some extra tiles and did additional work without charge. All in all a good experience and I would thoroughly recommend Roofing Solutions.

Miles and the work team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Very quickly identified and showed me the problems with the existing roof which required replacement of the tiles and underlying membrane plus repointing the chimney. Miles Connors the company owner is a genuinely great guy who really cares about the outcome of the work that his company undertakes. I lost a buyer for my house after a survey was done which flagged up a number of issues with my roof. I called Roofing Solutions and Miles came out to visit me and inspect my roof the same day. He reassured me that the survey report was unreasonable in terms of the amount of work that the surveyors believed needed to be done on the roof in order for my house to be up to standard and in a good state to sell to a new buyer. Miles took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do, and came up with a comprehensive plan to get my house sale back on track. He put in place a full estimate detailing everything that was needed to get the roof into a good state . Miles then arranged for a team of 4 roofers to come out to my house the following week so that the work could be completed without any delays. The team of 4 guys were very friendly and helpful. They got on with their work efficiently and took just a day and a half to complete the work needed. They also took away all the rubbish and left my property as they found it, but of course with a newly maintained roof. Their work was first rate and I would highly recommend Miles and his team for anyone considering having work done on their roof. This company is very professional and the standard of work is excellent. Thank you Miles for coming to the rescue!
