Good price and great communication
Communication was great - combined 2 separate orders (one made the following day) in to one package so only one delivery charge incurred. Items were sold at a good price, despatched promptly and, importantly, delivered using the most reliable carrier in my area (DPD).

Superb company
I would give more stars if I could. I can't recommend this company highly enough. There was a slight issue with my order. Great Company
Initially, I had a problem trying to call the company - due to my mobile phone wifi calling/carrier I think ( not terribly technical…..). However, once I got through, they were incredibly helpful. One star dropped due to delivery two days later than scheduled, but otherwise, all good. The telescope I wanted was £20 cheaper here than on Amazon etc. for exactly the same product.

Great advice for beginners
Having never delved into the hobby of astronomy, I was uncertain about what I should buy. However, after consulting Rother Valley Optics, I was quickly provided with a wealth of useful information and a variety of product options.
The people were friendly and supportive, and the equipment was of incredible quality.
