Simple and reliable
It's a simple way of ordering and receiving my prescription drugs. Our local chemist is often closed due to lack of pharmacists, so I find this less stressful.

Excellent service
Always kept informed of progress of repeat prescription order. Advised when medication was in transit, via Royal Mail. Advised by Royal Mail of projected delivery time slot.

Very reliable.
As you would expect i rely on my prescriptions to be on time and correct .I have always found Rowlands to be reliable and on time also takes so much hassle from the process .Thanks Rowlands much appreciated.

Very efficient and reliable service
Ordering is easy, just log onto the Rowlands app and tick the two boxes, and the items are delivered through my letterbox 4 or 5 days later. I get a reminder four weeks later to order again. Quick and simple

Excellent service
This (Whitehouse Ind Est, Rivington Rd, Preston Brk, Runcorn) is my nominated pharmacy for repeat prescriptions, for delivery to my home.
Thus far, the service has been excellent. All my prescriptions have been received in less than a week from submitting them to my surgery for signature, and have been 100% correct.

Excellent Service
I really enjoy the whole repeat prescription process it’s just so simple. Log on to the app, pick the things I need and a couple of days later they pop through my letter box. In the many years I’ve used the service I’ve had two problems, one caused by my GP and one by the delivery service. Customer Service were excellent in both cases and quickly resolved the problem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Efficient and easy
The on line order system is very efficient, I usually get my medication delivered within a week.
No errors at all so far, with good communication.
It’s the easiest way I’ve found to get my repeat and new prescriptions.

Roland's Pharmacy cancelled my prescription
I used the Roland's Pharmacy app to order a repeat prescription. The next day my local GP prescribed another medication on top of my repeat prescription. Roland pharmacy in all their wisdom decided to "remove" my first request. I received my medication that the GP ordered but not my repeat medication. Unfortunately I had now run out of my repeat medication but luckily it wasn't critical. It eventually arrived four days later. Why can the GP prescribe a medication yet Roland Pharmacy, who have never met me, examined me or even asked the simplest medical questions, decide to "remove" my order without even consulting me? Awful service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by how your order updates appeared on your online account.
When you place a request, our system syncs directly with your GP surgery. If a GP approves one medication before another, our system automatically updates to show you exactly what is currently being prepared. While a crossed-out item might look like a cancellation, it simply means we are waiting on the prescription from your doctor. In this instance, as soon as your GP issued the remaining prescription the following day, it was processed and delivered safely within our standard 7-10 day turnaround time.
We completely understand how this layout can be misleading. We have shared your feedback with our development team to help us improve how order updates are displayed to patients in the future.
