Rowlands Pharmacy Avis 

I was dubious before as I had failed with the equivalent to champix quit smoking medication, but stuck with it, doing as advised.
On occasions it was testing, especially when I had no will power in general over the addiction of being a smoker of 44 years.
But I battled on and completed the course. On occasion I would get thoughts in my head but needed to shift my thiught to something g else until the slight thought passed.
I honwstly cant stand the smell of it now, knowing and thinking of how I must have smelt, my clothes, my breath and how my health had suffered. I am 7 months smokeless now and feeling amazing with every breath I take and with so much more energy and confidence.

Competent, helpful staff, clean store with plenty of items in stock. A really great public service, thank you.

I find that service is always excellent. I receive a text when my prescription is ready and service is always with a smile.
This morning I emailed regarding a pending prescription, and received a reply within an hour! Brilliant.

Staff are helpful friendly and very kind. Whilst I was waiting they were able to help so many people. Great to have such support in our community.

This pharmacy used to be amazing as of the last month with the complete change of staff it’s gone down hill severely scrips never ready weekly scrips take two weeks to get and then no one can help highly recommend using another pharmacy

Honestly this pharmacist is the best I’ve ever come across. The staff and pharmacists are really very helpful. Especially when my surgery is not. They are really calm, helpful and professional. Shout out to Tony and Lucy. Always very lovely people. Thank you.

Don’t bother buying any products here , they will deny you for it every time , even though other pharmacies in the uk will give you the exact same product with less hassle. Seems like they don’t like serving custom, so disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money.

Crossgate was amazing. Visitor to Cupar and needed a prescription. I’m from England. They sorted a guest surgery appointment and I got a prescription which they issued in minutes. Staff were outstanding. So grateful. Kat

Visit for appointment with Pharmacist for consultation regarding cold/flu condition that may of been chest infection.
Pharmacist was very good and went through everything making sure I understood.

Again having to talk to pharmacist about issues woth meds which had nothing to do with them.
Again..they sorted my prescription in super quick time and after two days without meds, thankfully feeling better now.
Thank you team for always.answering the phone helpfully and thank you for your willingness to sort out issues not caused by you. You are wonderful ❤️

Ive now given a review on the n h s review website about this discusting place and the pharmacist who likes to see people suffer. .....this pharmacy is in Chadwick street Morton wirrell

They used to be a really good chemist. Then claire the pharmacy manager left and it all went downhill. You can never get them to answer the phone, no matter what time you ring and yet they always have enough staff in. I get regular meds 2x monthly and from ordering via gp to getting them, its around 5 days. However, on multiple occasions I have had a text to say my prescription is ready for collection, only to get there and find items missing and they have had to order them in. I was advised originally that the 5 day turnaround was to make sure all meds were ordered in on time and patients didn't have to wait again for their medication to finally come in.

Great pharmacy been going here for years now and the staff are always helpful, Shama is amazing if you have any questions she is really helpful and Humaira shes always lovely and any help I need she's there ☺️

Customer service is second to none. Wendy and the team are so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, just lovely.

My son had a rash and dry skin on his hand and arm, we couldn't get a doctors appointment for 3 days so went to our regular chemist for to have look, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the treatment. Thanks you to ghe dtaff

All the staff I've personally came in contact with have been very helpful.
Turnaround time from handing in a prescription to dispensing is very good.
Certainly recommend Rowlands Pharmacy, Glasgow east end.

Friendly, helpful staff. Medication arrives quickly. Communication is good. No complaints at all!

As am writing this review I have had no medication delivered. I have my medication delivered weekly. Im on weekly scripts for certain reasons. Ive complained once already about, it was fine for two weeks and now its gone back to square 1. When I asked why my meds wasn't delivered. The excuse that I got was they are short staffed and everything is all over the place which is why I was missed.off the delivery list. I explained to them. They have left me without medication tomorrow morning. They said that they will make sure am delivered to first due to not having medication. The girl on the phone didnt even sound bothered at all. She sounded.more.bothered that they were shirt staffed. This is a stress for me every week Some of my medication is my mental health ones. Ive already put a complaint in so just waiting for a reply.

Staff were most helpful and got a remedy for my ailment.

Been using here for years. Always a great service and great care given
