Taxi arrived at stated place exactly on time. Journey was casual and event free. Driver was OK with waiting for the return trip. Overall a pleasant experience. Thanks to royal cars.

Driver couldn't find address.
Ordered a taxi to John Smith drive Oxford OX4 2LL,
Driver took me straight there no problems knew where he was going.
Was only about half an hour when phoned for a return journey but the driver could not find where I was
and went elsewhere. After about 3/4 of an hour waiting in the COLD finally got a driver to turn up after many phone calls and suggesting that they asked the driver who bought me there to give the driver picking me up direction, this didn't happen would have saved me this long wait in the cold.

Nooit hier een auto kopen
Nooit hier een auto kopen! Tcr gti gekocht hier had gevraagd heeft die schade gehad was nee nieuwstaat zei die. Ik wilde auto verkopen omdat verzerking en benzine nogal flink was 7 maanden later wilde ik hem inruilen bij een garage bedrijf en toen bleek er 3 grote schades opgezeten te hebben waar ik niks vanaf wist en niet eerlijk was vertelt want later kwam ik erachter dat die dus wat schade was geïmporteerd uit Duitsland. Dit doet die vaker en een andere klant die ook hier een tcr heeft gekocht heeft me dus gister gebeld met precies het zelfde verhaal! Dus dat is geen toeval dat die het veel vaker doet. Ik heb hem nu moeten Inleveren bij garage en kreeg er veel minder voor terug als normaal omdat die zoveel schades had en gebreken wat die niet heeft vertelt en zei dat het nieuwstaat was. Oplichter!

Taxi driver put his hands on my son and dragged my autistic 5 year old out the car all because he wouldnt sit on a booster seat (which he never has and i get taxis everyday to same destination we was heading too) Which the law says children over 3 must be say in the rear end of the taxi with an ADULT seatbelt. Not only did this cause my son stress but this man also had alot to say which i have all on video. Disgusting service.
