I cannot praise this company enough, saw a beautiful honda grom for sale on auto trader enquired straight away, the staff are really friendly and informative and I dealt with a really lovely bloke called Colin he knows me as Michael with an A on the end 😀. He helped me right through the buying process and answered all my questions. And today my beautiful bike which in all honesty looks brand new arrived and delivered by a lovely delivery driver which I really appreciate it thank you. A truly lovely business run by great bunch of people. Absolutely 5 star service all round and would definitely recommend to everyone 👍 thanks again guys

Unfortunately this Motorcycle Dealership doesn't do it for me! Agreeing a price with px, then going back on word offering less! Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional, the owner is extremely rude and with this will never use them again. Buyer beware.

Great service, real enthusiasts and they were fantastic because I needed the bike between Christmas and new year. They delivered it personally when a driver fell through and now I can go back to work on my new beast. Thank you so much for your efforts. Would definitely buy from them again, their bikes are immaculate.

I requested a walk-around video of a bike I was interested in purchasing and initiated negotiations with a lower-end offer. In response, I received a curt reply in broken English, implying that I was wasting their time.

Was a great company to deal with, spoke to Craig about the bike which I'd seen on eBay, I asked for a walk around video as had never purchased a bike before without actually seeing it in person. As the bike was nearly a four hour drive for me I used their delivery service. Can't believe the bike was at my front door within four days. Looked even better than in the pictures. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I purchased a bike from here about a year ago. Am still happy with the bike so will give 3 stars for that.
However, if I could have gotten the same bike elsewhere I would have.

Was made to feel as a Londoner like a criminal from the first moment, was given only the option of direct bank transfer for payment despite adverts/website offering credit and debit card options.

Meaning I had to pay the entire thing in cash in advance, had no protections, and was unable to stagger the cost 0% on my credit card.
For that I could not get any amount off, just delivery thrown into an above average asking price.

I don't think think if a hoodlem steals a credit card they are using it to buy a 12 year old carburetted bike for £6k, they are buying a Ninja 400 brand new, for less, from somewhere where they can ride off with it the same day.

I was left with a bad taste for having done business with a company who came to the table in such bad faith.
So when friends asked if happy, I would say with the bike yes, with the deal no.

My riding instructor felt I got ripped off on price, but I did look around for over a month at other examples, and while the most expensive offering on market it was also the cleanest.

Was repeatedly told about issues with selling to Londoners, was squeezed for max price and came out of the deal feeling like I would rather have given the money to someone else.
But again, it was a clean example of a bike the manufacturer don't sell here anymore.

There were marks on the mirror and elsewhere not made clear in photos pre purchase. I couldn't start the engine when I got it.
But after recharge, refuel, and some tinkering, has been a joy and passed its first MOT without issues.

On a specific level, I will say the father was nicer to deal with than son.

I don't doubt it is a hard business and that there are many time wasters, but clearly I was not one and could have been handled more appropriately.

I purchased a Triumph Thunderbird through part exchange from RWF motorcycles. Craig was helpful, obliging and easy to deal with.
We forgot to remove something from our bike when we did the part exchange and he was more than happy to post it back to us for free!
Craig made the whole process easy and straightforward. We would definitely do business with RWF motorcycles again and reccomend them to others.

WoW. made an enquiry via internet on a bike. Craig is probably one the most most rude , flippant guys i have come across. The bike is overpriced and he took great offence at me even questioning him on price. I then checked reviews and found many others commenting similar experiences as i had recieved. I raised this with him and he replied as below.

His words "It’s people like you that don’t get there own way who leave bad reviews we have hundreds of nice ones I’m not at all just told you no and you have just sulked since as obviously wanted that bike Never mind you have a bike now and I don’t have to sell it to a horrible person Good day"

I'm now glad i did'nt part with my hard earned cash with him. Politeness and courtesy costs nothing.

I dealt with Craig over the phone and WhatsApp due to distance, he was really helpful and sent loads of pictures and close ups of the bike so I knew exactly what I was buying.
I got a fair price for my px and the bike I picked up was fitted with brand new tyres and serviced. A total pleasure to deal with. No pushy business, just a decent small business approach to customers and a real easy transaction. Highly recommended.

Best experience I’ve every had buying a motorcycle over seas. I dealt with Craig from the very start, from taking payment and including free delivery of the bike to Northern Ireland. The bike I bought was a 2007 HRC Honda Fireblade with 1400 miles from new absolutely mint condition, and delivered a few days before Christmas. I would highly recommend Craig and his team when buying a motorcycle.
