Stefan was very knowledgable about what was needed to get my laptop all the required programs and access and I was able to start working promptly. His manner was chatty and helpful and I am always happy when he takes our IT service calls.

Rydal is my company's IT service provider, as such I have been having regular communications with Stefan for the greater part of this year. He is quick to respond, always happy, and eager to help even if its an issue he's never faced before. I can also safely say that Stefan has been able to resolve every single one of my issues. I have been using desktop or laptop computers since 1982, always with professional IT support. I have throughout had what I would call good support (because I could and did change support when otherwise), sometimes even excellent support. The support I have had from Stefan Tirone now at Rydal, over a range of issues including completely renewing my systems, has been at the very highest level - he is quick, well-informed, strongly client-oriented in his understanding of what is needed, and highly personable. I couldn't ask for - and never expect to get - better support.

Dipali recently helped me switch provider and implement eSim's across this business. The service was amazing and help was on hand to everyone if and when needed. This was a huge project for us, 3 years in the making and it could not have gone better.

Rydal recently helped our company to migrate to a different network, and implement dual sims in our phones. It was a complicated logistical exercise with different scenarios, but Dipali helped it to all run very smoothly with no hiccups. She was very responsive, with good communication throughout.

Great service and help from the Rydal team but in particular Holly who sorted out our new phone contracts and then also Dipali who assisted us thereafter to set it all up. Clear and efficient support, always prompt to answer calls and emails and very pleasant/polite to deal with.
