Im giving 5stars as I cannot stop eating Ryvita thins...how delicious.. Ive topped with pate..cheese. ham n tomatoe... many many years ago Ryvita tasted like dry cardboard!..but now its my go to snack...so if youve never fancied it.. go and give it a try...youll love em...Thanks Ryvita!..

When I opened the new packet of Dark Rye, I thought i had been sent the wrong Ryvita. It was pale in colour and then had neither the flavour of the Dark Rye nor the crisper texture. This is so disappointing. Time to look for another brand.

I have been buying Ryvita for years. Never again. I buy the Pumpkin& sesame ryvitas, they have definitely changed. They taste disgusting, and it’s like eating sawdust , no taste and texture is awful.
The recipe has definitely changed. Straight to the bin , even the birds wouldn’t touch them.

On 30 Jab 2026 I placed an order through Amazon for 3 boxes each containing 6 packets of Ryvita THINS. They arrived and each box opened contained almost totally broken crackers unfit for use. Amazon have refused to refund or replace despite sending images and even stated that my email address was not on file despite multiple orders over the last five years. This product is unsuitable for shipping so beware. Order 205 -2439233-0829137 - £19.12 refers.

Three letters had been sent no answer

A company that treats its customers with disdain will not be around for long.

Would give no stars for this product if I could. Nothing like what it was in the old days. Processed, synthetic rubbish as far as I can make out. Lousy texture, quality and totally tasteless. I bought 'Wholgrain Ryvita' and how anybody has the gaul to call it 'Wholegrain' is beyond me. I'm going to crush the whole packet up and give it to the birds. I wouldn't be surprised if they turn their nose up at this garbage!

Your (improved) dark rye crispbread tastes absolutely vile. I don't know what the hell you're taste team have done but I shan't be buying it ever again. Sincerely a long time customer 😡

I have been buying Ryvita for daily consumption since 2016. Absolutely loved it until about six months ago. It is now so friable that it breaks into pieces as soon as you touch it. They need to stop pretending that it's the same product it used to be. it is NOT.

Opened my second packet of multi grain and again to my horror was a bag full of bits , not big enough to put any filling or butter on and only fit to feed the birds. Not good enough. I will not be buying again, something is wrong with the production and packaging and needs sorting out.

I used to enjoy this product, not any more.
They are smaller, not as crisp, tasteless and more expensive.
I will never buy them again. They used to be delicious.

I've just bought my second packet of Ryvita thins three cheese, won't be buying a third as BOTH packets looked and tasted burnt. Very disappointed.

Have had Ryvita Thins Rosemary and SeaSalt previously and really liked them This batch 4080 dated 17 06 2025 are so salty they are completely inedible. Won’t be buying them again.

Recently I tried Ryvita wholegrain crackerbread, and I really enjoyed them. I put mashed hard boiled egg with avavardo on them. It made a pleasant change to bread and at only 18 calories per slice. I will continue to eat these.

Ryvita Thins especially the sweet chilli version. Unfortunately the packaging is completely inadequate and I'm tired of opening a new box only to find the contents are in shards. Up your game Ryvita and sort out some decent packaging.

Bought the cracked black pepper crispy breads today from Tesco, firstly the taste is awful even with different spreads and topping on.

Awfully dry, took me by surprise and not in a good way nearly knocked me sick.

I am socross that Ryvita have joined most food suppliers of today, the Ryvita fruit was my favourite but now they taste like saw dust and have no or little fruit in them. They are much thinner and break so easily. I will endeavour to find a more suitable crisp bread in the future but it will no longer be Ryvita.

I receently bought Ryvita Rye Crispbread, multigrain. I was very disappointed when i opened the packages to find the crackers wer exyre dark, as i went to eat them i tasted the burnt, especially the sesame seeds on top, Hopefully you will check tour product before sending it out,
