I bought some protection to stop you banging your head which stuck onto surfaces.
I had purchased some previously and the product stuck on perfectly and is still in place.
I added the protection I had purchased and when I returned to that area a few days later it had all fallen off, about 8 pieces that had been cut to size.
This was fixed to the same material that the original product had been fixed to.
I contacted this firm asking for a refund as all of the product had fallen down, not the odd one or two.
Their response was totally negative and every excuse came out which was laughable as the original pieces were still in place and as I stated all of this product fell off.
I resolved the issue myself by fixing it using a better product.
At all times they showed no ethics or appropriate behaviour to their customer.
After a couple of days of this behaviour they then stated they would collect the product and I would possibly get a refund.
What sort of behaviour is this.
Would I buy anything from this firm, most definitely not as their customer support is at the lowest level I have encountered.
All evidenced by emails and photos.

As stated the new head protection was being fixed to the same material as the original head protection, so forget about it’s the surface or any other excuse, and remember they all fell off not one or two.
I did not accept the tape suggestion because after the negative response I received I judged that it was a fob off to get rid of the customer and made my own solution.
By the following morning I had dealt with the issue myself so that email was all irrelevant.
Regards unethical behaviour, OK I will accept that was a bit strong and say then its poor customer support, not to the standard I receive elsewhere.

We’re sorry the protectors did not remain attached, particularly as those from your previous purchase were still in place.
The photograph you supplied showed an untreated, sawn timber edge. Based on that image and our experience with self-adhesive applications, we identified the bonding surface as a likely factor and suggested practical ways to secure the protectors. Our aim was to help you resolve the problem promptly, with as little inconvenience as possible.
Mike responded on the morning you contacted us and offered additional adhesive tape that afternoon. He also suggested an alternative adhesive for the timber surface. These suggestions were intended to address the likely cause and help you complete your DIY task with minimal delay.
The following morning, Mike apologised that his explanation had come across as making excuses and offered to arrange courier collection so we could inspect the condition of the adhesive and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. You subsequently explained that you had already begun refitting them using your own solution. We’re pleased you were able to secure the protectors successfully, which was the outcome our practical suggestions were intended to help you achieve.
I have reviewed the correspondence, which shows prompt, courteous responses, practical assistance and an offer to investigate further. I regret that our efforts did not meet your expectations, but I do not accept that our team acted unethically or behaved inappropriately.

Easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Was very easy to install the anti slip tape on my outdoor steps. Not sure how long it will last, only time will tell. Although, I am aware that it is not a permanent solution..

I was asked to script what our requirements were, Mike totally understood our requirements and produced our package, we reviewed and asked for adjustments, which again were carried out to our satisfaction. We have a delivery date, all this took 7 working days to receiving our goods. We are so pleased with the service and the end products, well recommended.
