Experiencia totalmente nefasta en mi reserva “Esquí de martes a domingo en Alp 2500” (21/02/2026, 184€).

Al llegar a la tienda de alquiler en La Molina, nos informaron de que no había material para mi amigo, pese a que en el listado ya constaba un “NO” junto a su nombre porque el sábado estaba “sold out”. ¿Por qué nadie de Sagalés nos avisó antes? Perdimos un tiempo valiosísimo esperando el equipo.

Cuando por fin empezamos a esquiar, descubrimos otro error grave: nos dieron un forfait solo de La Molina en vez del combinado con La Masella. No podíamos usar los remontes y nos obligaban a volver a La Molina para solucionarlo, algo prácticamente imposible sin forfait válido. La jornada fue un caos constante y apenas pudimos disfrutar.

La respuesta de la empresa fue ofrecer primero un 10% de descuento y finalmente un reembolso de 20€ (10€ por persona), claramente insuficiente para el perjuicio causado. Además, llegaron a insinuar que exagerábamos. Un servicio mal gestionado y una atención al cliente aún peor. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Autobuses no adaptados para carros de bebés ni sillas de ruedas.
La línea 360 de Sabadell tenía hasta agujeros en el suelo.
La 201 Autobuses altísimos y conductores con pocas ganas de ayudar.
La línea 295 es imposible que cumplan los horarios a no ser que les pongan un cohete.
Incoherente todo en esta empresa

I ordered round trip tickets for the e12 BCN to Vic line. We were there at least 40 mins before departure, the line was long as expected however the bus line overbooked the trip. There were much more people than there were seats, they didnt let us on the bus. The driver of the bus we booked in was supposed to have sent another but we waited one more hour and it never came. I emailed them on the day of the incident, as well as asked my fellow passengers (at least 20 more people who waited, the others left in frustration) to write the company. no reply. do not buy from this bus company, especially since there is no guarantee that you'll get to use the seat you paid for, at the time you paid for.

I'm very unhappy with Sagalés. We bought bus tickets, but they sold too many. The bus was full, and they left us behind at 3 in the morning.

Our flight from Girona was at 5:45 AM, so this was a big problem. The Sagalés worker they sent to help us didn't speak English and couldn't do anything.

They told us we would get our money back for the bus and for the taxi we had to take. The taxi to Girona airport cost us €166. But Sagalés hasn't replied to us about getting our money back.

This is a terrible way to treat customers. They left us with no help in the middle of the night, even though we had tickets. I tell other people to avoid this company. We want our money back like they promised.

I am absolutely furious with this bus service! They oversold tickets, taking money from passengers and then denying them seats. We had a flight to catch. It's utterly unacceptable to sell more tickets than there are available seats. This is, without a doubt, the worst bus service I've ever experienced!

Had a really terrible experience, I booked the ticket from Barcelona to Girona airport for 6 pm, they overbooked and we were not able to board the bus. Had to wait for 50 minutes for another bus. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone

We, family of 4, used the bus from Girona Airport to Barcelona and back. Easy and no problems on this trip.
There was two busses each way = space for everyone

I bought tickets and bus to MarineLand from their website. I received tickets to WATERWORLD. Their website sell wrong tickets to places. I lost 122€ and no one answers or take any actions. We dont have possibility to go to Waterworld even.... This company is a scam, no customer service. No email or phone answers.

“We arrived at the bus terminal 30 minutes early, but the bus did not come! Other passengers had been waiting for hours, but their bus never arrived either! We tried contacting the company, but no one answered! Never trust this company!”

I worked at the airport selling tiquets for this company. It was my worst experience ever! They never paid as agreed and I had to keep asking for my money over and over again. I finally quitted this job and I am still waiting to receive what they owe me. As per their bus service, they change schedules as it better suits them, and they couldn´t care less about customers waiting for hours because they booked a ticket for a specific time. I know because I had to face these customers. They couldn´t be less professional and I can only recommend to avoid them in any possible way.

I traveled around the world, but this kind of unprofessional company I never saw!
I bought a ticket in Sagalés agency for the next day, 06.04.2023.. from Blanes to Barcelona airport. I was at the station half an hour before and I was waiting 1h after it was scheduled but bus never came and in the end I needed to go buy taxi in the middle of the night and to pay 153e!!! Es una locura!
To not even mention that they didn't want to refund the money for taxi and not even for bus ticket, even after I sent them all checks and proofs. They admitted that bus passed the station 1h before it was the time to go from Blanes, but they will not refund money for their mistake.
Learn from my mistake and never travel with them if you don't want them to ruin your plans.
