We had a brilliant 2 days of sailing with the family in October. Our 2 kids age 7 and 6 absolutely loved it, Sini was excellent with them and they really enjoyed being given little jobs to do. We were very lucky with the weather but wouldn't have changed a thing about the experience!!!

We had an unforgettable week sailing the Croatian islands with Sails of Croatia. Everything was perfect from start to finish — beautiful destinations, and two incredible crew members who made our holiday truly special.

Matic, our skipper, was outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sailing. We learned so much from him, celebrated his birthday on board, and felt completely safe under his guidance.

Patrisha, our chef and all-round helper and guide, was simply wonderful — kind, caring, and full of positive energy. Her cooking was amazing, but it was her warmth and personality that made such a difference to our trip.

Thank you Sails of Croatia for giving our family memories we will cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!

Just returned from a week in Croatia out of Trogir. We sailed with two boats and three families and a friend at is was excellent. Evan was our skipper and Nika the hostess on our boat. Evan was excellent .. he is local and knows everybody and his skills are top notch. same with Nika. They were able to get us THE best spots for staying and swimming and for dinners each night. We were a party of 12 so not an easy task. They arranged everting, excursions etc etc. Nika is amazing - she went above and beyond and cooked amazing meals for us.. I did not expect to be getting a chef.. but she is and she loves it. They are both also fun and very personable and we had great discussions about the area the history etc. Sini - from sails of Croatia did a great detailed job on the front end as we set this all up and confirmed everything. There were no negative surprises at all. Everything was in order and accurate.

Our sister ship had Yosip and Patricia - a boat full of our 20 something kids. Who also were really happy!

Do not hesitate to go with the company. They take pride in doing things right and making the experience not just good, but great. 👍👍

Our group did a 3 day tour out of Split, around the Hvar and Brac Islands. It was a 10/10 experience and we have not stopped talking about going back again.

Croatia is a beautiful place, and Sails of Croatia, their staff, and their skippers know how to make the most of a trip there.

Booking was easy, and Siniša Bartolin was incredibly responsive with any questions we had.

Our skipper, Dominik Anzulovic, helped us plan a perfect itinerary for our time on the boat and was great company during downtime. When we book again, we will request Dominik by name, and would recommend you do the same.

From making my first enquiry through to the end of a wonderful holiday these guy’s were amazing.I wanted to do something special for my 60th birthday , with friends and this trip ticked every box.
Tena , who helped me book everything was so knowledgable, helpful , and reassuring through the whole process.We had the added bonus of her joining us as our hostess onboard. Her attention to detail and care for us was second to none.
Tena cooked us some delicious , fresh healthy local dishes everyday along with providing some education about the local wines and spirits.
Misko our skipper, was equally as attentive , taking us to some special places, we felt extremely safe with him at the helm. He was always looking to give us the best sailing experience possible and we had some great times swimming off the boat in some beautiful little coves and visiting some quaint towns along the coast line .
The eight of us really appreciated the effort that Tena and Misko put in to making our holiday special , two lovely people.
The coast line of Croatia is beautiful and the country has such a traditional charm about it.

At the end of May I had the pleasure of embarking on a sailboat trip island hopping in Croatia with a group of friends, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. We chartered our boat through Sails of Croatia, and they were fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

Our captain, Mario, was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable about the best spots to visit, but he also made every day an adventure with his friendly and professional demeanor. Chef and hostess Mirna was equally impressive, preparing delicious meals that showcased local flavors and ensuring our comfort and enjoyment throughout the trip.

Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully relax and immerse ourselves in the stunning scenery and vibrant culture of the Croatian islands. From hidden coves to bustling harbors, each day brought new and exciting experiences.

We are already looking forward to our next adventure with Sails of Croatia and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a sailing holiday. Mario and Mirna truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

A beautiful week of sailing in late May through the Croatian islands off of Split. Firstclass captain made the trip a success. He was communicative, knowledgeable, highly skilled navigating inevitable issues that arise, and fun! Same for his wife, our amazing hostess Mirna. The two of them made us feel relaxed and that we were in excellent and capable hands throughout the process. Sails of Croatia was very easy to work with. They followed up once our trip began and were very responsive to our thoughts following the completion of the trip. I would highly recommend Sails of Croatia and captain Mario Kiridžija!

We had a wonderful sailing holiday for our family of four. The boat and skipper were excellent. The pre-trip advice and service was on point. We would love to repeat this trip or plan another with Sails of Croatia.

We had two couples that wanted to take a 4 day trip from Dubrovnik to Split. Booking the trip with Sinisa was really easy. He gave us several options that we could choose from based on our budget. Our skipper Stjepan called me prior to our trip to see what we would be interested in doing. He taylored the trip to meet our needs. He also booked us really great restaurants to eat in when we moored our boat in the evening. I would definitely recommend Sails of Croatia when looking into sailing the Croatian islands.

This is just a note to recommend Skipper Arni and Hostess Daniella for any future clients you may have for the 7 day cruise departing from Split. Our cruise was fantastic, even though it was shortened by a couple of days due to the unfortunate accident of one of our participants. Dennis, my long time friend from Portland, Oregon USA, suffered an accident on the second day of the cruise. Arni went out of his way to make sure Dennis was well cared for at the hospital in Split, and even arranged a birthday cake for Dennis when he was in the hospital recovering from his small surgery. .

Following our cruise, Arni and I picked up Dennis from the hospital in Split and returned to Boatic Marina on Friday September 8. Dennis had a collapsed lung and two cracked ribs, which prevented him from flying for two weeks. Arni drove him to Rijeka (Arni's hometown) and got him on a bus to Zurich, where I met him on Monday at 6 AM. He stayed at our apartment near Zurich with me for a few days, and then he will proceed to visit Paris and London (via train) before flying back to the US. on September 23.

Daniella was a great hostess and an excellent cook. She made us some fantastic dishes for breakfast and lunch. She also got a cake for a belated birthday party for Dennis.

In summary, my wife Gema and I had a great time sailing with Arni and Daniella. The cruise was well organized, and Arni had to adjust the cruise somewhat because of the accident. But it was well handled. We recommend both Arni and Daniella highly. If anyone wants to contact me regarding the professionalism of Arni and Daniella, please refer them to me.

We had an amazing holiday from start to finish. Croatia is a beautiful country and best seen from the sea , outstanding .
This was best family holiday we have ever had and i cant wait to return . Couldn't compliment Sails of Croatia , Sinisa , the skipper Dino and crew,Sofia enough - just utterly brilliant !!

We had a truly incredible vacation--my son and a few friends on a 62' catamaran. Sinisa made it incredibly easy to coordinate remotely (over email, Zoom, and the phone) and helped us select the perfect yacht and accessories (go with the bob!). Also, I felt very comfortable wiring the funds (despite the large amounts) as the banking info was thorough and there were multiple checks along the way. Finally, Sinisa met us at the dock upon departure and even met us for a drink upon arrival. I will 100% do this trip again as soon as I can!!

Fantastic trip around the islands from Dubrovnik. Very well organised, good quality catamaran and exceptional staff. Arni & Dora were great and very helpful with local tips and outings. Lots of good swimming, paddleboarding and snorkelling and laughs. Great way to spend a week.

We have used Sinisa for 3/4 years now, and we wouldn't look anywhere else when sailing in Croatia! The service is great, response time is so quick, the boats are of a high standard. Sinisa helps us to book our route to the best marinas / restaurants and every year we love Croatia more and more. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sail Croatia! It is a much more personal experience than booking a big company like sunsail where you are just a number!

The whole trip from the start with the great communication, local experience recommendations and transparent pricing from Tena to help us organize the holiday, to the seamless logistics, the lovely boat and wonderful hostess Sofia and skipper Kruno, everything went great and made it super easy just to get on and enjoy the family holiday. For several years now, my husband and I have been dreaming about sailing in Croatia. We were ecstatic to find a local company like Sails of Croatia who took time to speak with us about our expectations and match us in and our friends with a boat that would meet our needs. During the booking and pre-planning process, we worked directly with Sinisa. He was extremely informative and responded to our numerous enquiries with detailed emails and phone calls. Sailing is something new to my husband and I so we were a little nervous at first, but we felt much more at ease working with a company that was so attentive.

We finally fulfilled our dream this summer and will honestly remember this trip for the rest of our lives. The seven days we spent sailing were absolutely phenomenal and we owe a lot of thanks to our skipper Ivan. From start to finish Ivan was a confident leader and diligent teacher. Our whole group learned so much about sailing and Ivan truly took the time to explain every concept and technique. He treated each one of us with the utmost respect and encouraged us to participate and practice as much as possible. Ivan and mapped out an excellent route among the islands, scheduled with some downtime for swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding and exploring the islands. We are big foodies and we were so impressed by all of the restaurants Ivan selected. The seafood was by far the best we’ve had in our lives.

Sinisa from Sails of Croatia made our search for a nice Cat from Vodice very easy and he was super responsive at any time that we reached out with any questions/requests. My wife and I decided to return to sailing after a 20 year absence, and wanted to experience sailing a catamaran.
Siniša organised a boat for us based near Split and a superb skipper to help us get used to a larger boat than we had sailed before.
Ivan, our skipper, was a real gem, very patient with us all when explaining how to handle the boat.
The weather was not ideal, so he had to make a number of changes to the original itinerary, but this did not prevent us from enjoying the islands.
Ivan's contacts made the experience enjoyable as he arranged for us to be berthed in the best spots, and having discussed what type of restaurants we wanted to visit advised us of where to go.
Being the end of the season our charter boat had a few faults, which was a disappointment, but that was nothing Sails of Croatia could be held responsible for.
Certainly recommend the personal service that Siniša provides against the larger, more well known, charter operators.

What a great week of sailing around the islands of Central Croatia. Our instructor, Oliver, never let our “hands go soft” as he guided us through numerous drills and skills leading to RYA day skipper and competent crew certifications. Oliver is a professional sailor and we hope to demonstrate some of his professionalism when tacking and jibing in the future. We loved sailing the Sun Odyssey 389 and our whole Sails of Croatia experience.

Just came home from an amazing week sailing on a 45 foot catamaran around Split region with Sails of Croatia. Sini was first class when communicating about our trip and our skipper was very knowledgable. Wonderful sailing. Very comfortable. They knew the best places to go, coves for paddle boarding and snorkelling and great restaurants. Would 100% recommend!
