Poor service and poor quality
I have tried contacting this company in several ways but not having any luck.
I received my order promptly but a box of flooring was damaged, contacted them no response.
The floor has been down and is of a very poor quality the flooring is marked so easily and looks dreadful never had this issue with laminate flooring I've had previously.
Really unhappy and still cannot get hold of anyone.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! The worst company I've ever used. They are scammers. Read the small print before ordering. Paid £432 for rubbish laminate floor when I tried to return it they said I'd get £260 back..... scammers!!!!! Andrew and thomash not helpful at all. It's an online company so they are able to rob and scam!!!! Avoid avoid avoid save yourself the hassle. Ordered on a Friday for next day delivery to be told they deliver Monday to fri so delivery would be Monday but there's a Saturday option? Order on Friday and PAID for next day delivery??? Would that not be a Saturday delivery I paid for? I didn't even finish talking to thomash as he was kinda rude. Telling me that Andrew told me they were an online company When he actually had not told me that. I asked for address to deliver good back and save myself the second £50 for delivery but was told that's not an option. £100 they took for delivery. Was told there was no option to drop off myself even tho I'm close to their Glasgow address. I ordered 34m2 and they sent me an open pack but would not accept it back? All stress I could do without!!! I'm stuck with rubbish laminate to try to sell. Again AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Look online at reviews before ordering wish I had!!!!!

Damage to property
No option to choose delivery date.
As soon as I was informed of a delivery date, I contacted SFD to let them know that I was not around on that day. I tried to call them, email them and contact them through their website. Four days later, on the day of the scheduled delivery date, they eventually got back to me. However the delivery still took place in my absence. The courier damaged my property by driving a huge lorry up my narrow drive. Had I been here I would have met the courier by the roadside.
One pack of flooring was so badly damaged it wasn't usable.
I won't be using this company again.

I received a seconded which is damaged…
I received a seconded which is damaged and i am unable to get any response. This additional order is needed to finish my floor’. I have now been contacted and they have offered to make things right. I understand these things can be damaged in transistor but was becoming anxious when i was unable to get in touch with seller. I had a workman on call at the same time. All has been rectified and my floor will be complete. Thank you very much.
