Still no flooring I ordered 12 packs only 4 come still waitng on 8 packs also paid £50 delivery and still no flooring I want my money back

Three times I’ve ordered the same flooring due to extra work being done in the house, perfect match. Only problem is it costs me £40+ for delivery.
Comes on time.

Lovely pattern. Not waterproof for bathroom tiles had them three week and they are already chipped and swollen. The patterns don’t match up. The tiles were £65 but then charged £45 delivery so wasted a lot of money for only three weeks use. Now need to buy something else.

Delivery driver was very helpful

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased flooring from sales direct flooring over a year ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The quality is absolutely terrible—within weeks, it started showing signs of damage, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done. Even having packs delievred faulty, i contacted them straight away!

I’ve spent over a year chasing them, only to be ignored or given empty promises. Their customer service is appalling—no accountability, no resolution, and certainly no refund. They simply don’t care once they have your money.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I wish I had never bought from them!

Ordered on friday evening, got an email confirmation on saturday with expected delivery date on Tuesday, helpful advisor Elle, my only issue was not having confirmation of item actually being shipped or a tracking number, Elle did get an ETA for me and said driver would call an hour before, it got to 30 mins before end of ETA, i chased Elle but didnt hear back, the driver called me and said he would be 10 mins.
I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews but mine was delivered on time and no damage.

Delivery was quick and communication was excellent upon delivery.

Quick, reasonably priced and reliable.

Excellent customer care when ordering, delivery as stated within 2 days.

Everything went well from beginning to end. Fantastic price. Product was really good and staff were helpful

My only confusion was that I am used to ordering in packs and this website was in square metres.
Apart from that it’s great.

Rubbish communication never got told when my delivery was arriving,it just got dumped on the side of the road , disgusting would not recommend to anyone

We are delighted with the floor and the price.
Our 3 stars is because, we feel it is not junkers A grade full price beech two plank flooring,
But they're seconds as it has many knots that give darker streaks etc and quite a few have cracks in.
We like the look and think Junkers should offer it as a reduced price option. It is still far better than many company's engineered wood and the quality shines through.

My order arrived quickly. I thought part of it was missing. So I contacted Sale Flooring. They explained the size of my delivery to me and that they sell in metres and not packs. I then realised that it was actually correct. They were very helpful.

Second time ordering from flooring direct and the quality is top notch even my flooring guy asked for the company and brand I ordered he was super impressed.

Delivery fast just like before also
10/10 all round

Delivery was late after paying near £80 for the pleasure. The wrong coloured beading delivered with the flooring and after sending through the information requested to rectify this, it’s been complete radio silence.
