Really happy with our purchase
We telephoned for advice and they were extremely helpful The order came, it was very well packaged and everything was undamaged and complete. \the order arrived very quickly. We are very happy indeed with the product. Really good quality and reasonably priced.

Great experience
Great experience. We ordered the wrong flooring and had to send it back . The flooring that got sent back the courier service had damaged 4 packs. So went ahead and ordered the correct flooring . They was amazing through out. Their communication was brilliant. Now the company are helping me claim my money back from the courier service that I had used. Really friendly staff they went above and beyond for me and still are. Highly recommend !

Flooring is nice. Delivery poor - Turned up unannounced when I was at work and just left in the road. One pack completely damaged.

Not happy
Not very helpful at all the size of the boards had recently been changed which meant what I was expecting didn’t arrive to be told I now had more boards due to the boards being made bigger but online it clearly stated 10 boards per pack I received 8boards per pack did email this over but was just brushed of to be told the board dimensions had changed so it worked out I had more than I order which is not right I spent £50 on next day delivery yes I ordered on a Saturday so even if you take Sunday out it should have arrived Monday but it arrived Tuesday be careful as next day is £50 but normal service day is £40 so your paying a lot for delivery

Very bad customers service,they ignore messages and not answer.
I was order sample and late made orders but the laminate flooring comes total different shades.

Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service everyone I spoke to just lied .. Ordered a week ago still waiting.. Was meant to be delivered in 2 days.. And now they haven’t even got it in warehouse.. just cancelled the order.. Unbelievable
