Great flooring
Great flooring. Just I live 1st flat delivery was left outside my flat in rain.
Was left alone to get into my home.
Would expect it my main door for £40 delivery charge.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! I really wanted to receive the floor on Monday as I was working from home that day. I phoned SFD and explained the situation. They despatched goods on Thursday, hoping that would be the best bet to have the delivery on Monday. The floor arrived as planned, I was well pleased with the service.

My package arrived damaged
My package arrived damaged. No communication as to when it was being delivered either, I called and was told I’d get a call back re; when first package was going to arrive. Sent damaged package back with pictures emailed and was told I’d get a call back, which didn’t happen.
I’ll update with new review once I receive the new delivery.

A good Company to deal with.ient delivery…
A very fast and efficient delivery service though rather expensive. Perhaps it would worth while to offer a cheaper delivery service for non-urgent deliveries.
The quality of product was excellent and relatively easy to fit for anyone with modest D I Y abilities.
