They did not fully disclose fees. They asked for annual then drafted monthly fees on top of it. They drafted fees on services that you did not sign up for. They provided poor customer service and provided poor descriptions on how to use their own system which cost time and money. They do not provide refunds even on their mistakes. The scripts which are supposedly tried and true by top producers do not work and are flagged as Spam...

For clarity, all subscription pricing and applicable charges are displayed on the crm and at signup. Additionally, customers receive an email receipt confirming their purchase and any ongoing charges like phone number renewals, 10dlc campaign, etc... Our annual package also includes a Success Coach who reviews the platform, setup, pricing, and account configuration with each customer. That is an optional monthly renewal that you can cancel at anytime
Regarding spam filtering, message deliverability can vary based on carrier filtering, content, and sending behavior, and no platform can guarantee that every message will avoid filtering. However, if you use our AI Director it will automatically create compliant messages that you can use.
