I ordered a bikini for sisters bday…
I ordered a bikini for sisters bday knowing I had 3 weeks to receive it before I flew out to her. On the last day of the “expected delivery time” I sent them a message on their website to ask where it was. Two days later I received notification that it was posted.. obviously they received my message. No apology.. no reasoning. Bad business! So I went to see my sister in remote indo without a gift. Just a package to come home to over a month after purchase.
I sent another message asking for a refund as I was very disappointed. Do you think I got a reply?
