The staff were very polite and nice, but I got a completely wrong diagnosis from the doctor which led to us running around pharmacies for a prescription that was ultimately futile. Unfortunately this completely ruined our weekend just to find out a week later that it was something completely harmless…

I was on vacation to London, and needed medicine for my medical condition. The free walk in clinic’s, didn’t want to help me get my life needed medicine and made me wait so long only to tell me that they didn’t could give me the medicine I needed. But this private clinic, helped me straight away, and made sure I got the medicine I need. They was really sweet, and I got a doctor who specializes in my medical condition. I felt I was in good hands, and they was professional and understanding. Because I was standing in another country, where I didn’t knew what to do, this clinic was Queen Anne street

He returned my call immediately, carefully went through all the information and came up with a solution. He is a doctor who really knows his patients and cares about them. Problem fixed. I had a great experience at samedaydoctor on Queen Anne Street. Dr Luke Oates was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, the assessment was thorough, and the whole process was impressively quick and efficient.

I especially appreciated how easy it was to arrange the appointment at short notice and how quickly everything was completed. The staff were welcoming and the overall experience felt very smooth and well organised.

I am so very grateful to the doctor who saw my husband. He was adamant that he would not take antibiotics but she gave them to him anyway. He deteriorated over the next few days and eventually agreed to take them. Had your doctor not given them, I think he would be (at the very least) hospitalised by now.
