I am extremely disappointed with the quality and ergonomic design of these shoes. There is a major design flaw in the internal structure of the footwear where something hard inside digs directly into the foot. Wearing these causes severe, continuous pain both during use and long after taking them off.
It is completely unacceptable that footwear designed for regular use completely fails to meet basic comfort and ergonomic standards. Rather than prioritizing physical well-being, health, and safety, the design of these shoes creates a physical hazard for anyone who has to wear them.

I purchased the Cheltenham Brogues in Black. I was sceptical after reading the reviews. To the extent, I had buyers remorse before they arrived. They arrived today. I'm really pleased. The quality is exceptional. The fit is true to size. I've worn them around my home. They are comfortable. For £59. I don't think you'll get better. Delivery was around 3 days. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I recommend these shoes.

The Albert slippers I ordered were just what I wanted and beautifully packed and presented. However my usual size (8) proved to be too short even after persevering with them for two days. SW exchanged them immediately for Size 9 but these were true to size and way too big for my size 8 feet. I returned these too and received a full refund including original postage. So I am down £7.30 for two return postings but I have nothing but praise for the way SW dealt with the issue. My advice to anyone would be to decide immediately whether the slippers fit and don’t rely on them ‘breaking in’ with use.

I ordered two pairs of chinos and was very disappointed with poor quality of the material very cheaply made. One of the pairs had a significant yellow stain in the leg.
I tried to ring customer service but it was impossible to get an answer. They aim to reply to emails within three days.
Even though the goods aren’t fit for purpose you are required to pay for the cost of any returns !
I’ll wait and see now how long it takes to get some sort of refund.
Safe to say I will never use this company again

Just bought a couple of pairs of deck shoes. Very good price and I find they last well given the abuse I put them through.

Further to my previous review. Returned mules on July 11th, refund still not arrived to account. Unlike Amazon, next day, eBay about 3 days to exactly the same account. Absolutely unacceptable.

Be aware of unfair pricing; bought a pair of shoes then the very next day they reduced the price and offered discount.
I need to buy another pair maybe I will go elsewhere.

I have had a number of Samuel Windsor shoes over the years. One pair brown oxford I am still wearing and are around 10 years old. A few months ago I bought a pair of Black Oxford wide fit shoes. They were a perfect fit, excellent quality and well priced. I have just received a pair of basket weave loafers in brown and although they are normal fit this type of shoe expands better than a normal shoe. They are again excellent in fit and quality. They were also delivered in good time. I can say Samuel Windsor are for me the only shoes I can truly rely on for fit a quality AND PRICE every time.

Items arrived on time and the quality was a lot better than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend

The lack of customer care is dreadful. Two emails sent ,two emails ignored. I have spent a lot of money buying shoes from this company so expected at least a reply to my request for help/ advise.

I had a small issue with a product! I wrote to them and received the most helpful positive reply possible. Really cannot fault the products, delivery & support service provided. I’ve used them for years and will continue to do so.

Shocking customer Service due to extreme premature wear of black work shoes .
Last pair lasted 10 weeks and worn through to the cork
4 mails sent and even dealing with Company director and still no response

Ordered X2 pairs of “Jeanos”trousers, wonderful quality and colours.The trousers are made well and look good, however on trying the trousers on it was like a step back to the 70s very wide on the leg and almost flares at the foot. Very disappointing.
£5.99 for postage and then £5.49 to return with a 10 day wait for refund.
So all in all I paid £11.48 postage for X2 pairs of trousers sold at £40. Just over a quarter of the value of my purchase.
Very disappointed.

Paid extra for next day delivery only to discover when goods did not arrive that they don't work weekends. Finally found said statement in small writing tucked away at the very bottom of their "T&C's" In my opinion SW are not very customer friendly nor honest.

I bought two pair of the same shoes in different sizes intending to return one. In the event I did not like the shoes and returned both. Shocked to find that I had to pay for the return myself. Most retailers give free returns, not good service. I would not buy again from this company because of this

Sizing issue on a pair of indoor mule slippers. After contacting customer services they replaced the slipper for a larger size. Very impressed with their customer services and the slippers themselves. Thank you.

Ordered on-line, pair of Outdoor Mule slippers, received promptly by Royal Mail. Very impressed with packaging and the product itself. Even if it may cost a bit more, this is definitely a quality product of real leather. It is worth it as it is my second pair, the first one served me well for four years, thanks.

No way these are UK sized shoes.
I uk size 11, and i cant even get half my foot in - and that me getting thee supposed -G-FIT / WIDE

I got recommended this site for quality leather shoes..
Going by the sizing being WAY WAY OFF for UK, they are factory made elsewhere, same as half the mens shoes online now - ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS.
